Very clean and nice customer service everyone made us feel welcomed
It was all good
Our stay was great. Since it was low season they did not have a breakfast buffet and the swimming pool was being repaired.
Located minutes walk into main Coron town. Food etc. Close to everything.
No fridge. There is an ice plant next door you can buy bag from. Rooms are abit old and the inside ones need some air. A bit dirty and dusty. Not a huge disappointment but definitely could be better.
The breakfast was very poor and little selection plus our room smelt very bad and so did the whole Hotel like sewer smell not nice? There was no fridge in the room and no safety box.
The bed and location
Good value for the price and we were pleased with the breakfast options. Convenient location. Our biggest complaint was the noise. Our room was on a side of the building where we could hear dogs barking throughout the night. We went with friends who had a room on the other side of the building and they did not hear the dogs.
Loved the pool and close proximity to restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again
Our experience was done somewhat badly. The first time we walked into our room, after checking in, we came upon our room being full of mosquitos. Mosquitos can bring Dengue, West Nike virus, etc. I shouldn't have to worry about pests in my room.
The bed mattress seems to be the cheapest quality as it is hard and very bad to sleep on.
The towels have stains in them. Perhaps burn marks from the dryer machine. Unknown. The hotel sleepers are nasty dirty. Like guest just wear them and they're never cleaned by the hotel staff.
If you get guest in the room next to you who aren't respectful to others, you're in for the ride of your life with listening to them being loud. The walls partitioning the rooms are not concrete.
The breakfast - it seems like the hotel manager doesn't truly care about good customer experiences. The breakfast is pretty much the same every morning, and it is cold. The only thing warm is the coffee, and most of us foreigners like to eat a warm meal. Be ready to eat cold hotel breakfasts. Again, management seems to not care about good customer experiences at this hotel.
Overall, the hotel itself lacks good management. The current manager doesn't care at all about their customers. He or she should be replaced immediately. These little things are the things that make or break a simple or high-end hotel. Good customer experiences are the things that keep bringing in customers.
Location is in town but right in front of giant construction site
Really hate leaving a bad review but have to agree with what’s been said prior: Significantly overpriced compared to quality, room wasn’t very clean and bathroom was smelly. In addition, had to pay a significant amount on arrival to go into the room that was already ready earlier than official check in time! This hasn’t been a thing anywhere else and seemed a shame as was already extortionate compared to quality.
Very clean, staff very helpful and breakfast was delicious.
Our room was nice and in a newly remodeled area of the hotel. However our sink was leaking water, and when we woke up in the morning the AC had water running down our wall and floor. We let the front desk know about our room, they came in very quickly but left quicker because nothing was repaired.
The hotel was situated on a busy road but convenient for shops and other restaurants nearby.
The hotel was still being renovated or looked like it was unfinished. Other building works going on opposite the hotel, they would make noise at random hours and would be banging / hammering at night time.
