Lots of room for improvement...

The room okay and staffs are accommodating

Cons:

The ref was not working the whole time (4 days)
Not clear instructions re how to operate the TV and cable, no phone in the room to call the receptionist.
Restaurant closed early evening and not indicated in the brochure in the room.
Also - I asked if we can check -in early and I was told they are charging P 100.00 per hour if I checked in prior to 2:00 pm.
No comforter in bedroom, just a very thin blanket.
No soap and shampoo, just a toothpaste and toothbrush
The bathroom sink is so low that you need to fully bend to just wash your face.

Pros:

Staff were noisy and don’t make eye contact when talking and they keep on whispering even when you’re in front of them. The breakfast was poorly prepared, it was precooked and was served cold. Coffee served was three in one. There was a wedding the day we checked in and the music was loud, not able to rest after a long trip. Then we woke up with another event about to start and the planner was busy going up and down, the front of our room they displayed the gown for photographs. Wish they considered the comfort of the guest even if they have events.

Pros:

Nice room and surroundings. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice pool (but should have a few comfortable lounge chairs near the pool) free ride to the airport. Would have received another star but the breakfast was meager and the coffee was instant and not fresh brewed. Overall a good experience. Will come back.

Pros:

Overall, the state was wonderful, clean rooms and very helpful and courteous and kind staff the hotel shuttle that takes you from airport or close by places for free is a plus the shuttle also has various drop off points for a fee. This is truly amazing. There are many small details that make this hotel great in the way they do business with you and treat you. This was our second stay within a two week period will absolutely be staying there again when we are in town.
