Sarojus Farmview Hotel

Middle of no where... pool was drained.. ants in room accused of eating in room 5 minutes of entering by rude young kid while on his phone. Had to pre order breakfast for the days we were there as soon as we entered...was bothered by constant phone calling at 11:45 pm until we answered only to be asked when we wanted breakfast. Fridge smelled and was unplugged...ceiling had water stains. They gave us bug spray...and in morning there was no actual open dining area but on a viranda 2nd floor..they offered a different room but at that time we were so uncomfortable we just left the following day no refunds loss of money...sadly we do not recommend this at all.

The place is conveniently located in relation to the places we intended to visit. It is clean and well-maintained. There no establishments around but the hotel has an in-house restaurant and breakfast is included. Take note that there are no elevators so request for a first floor room if you have mobility issues. The wifi is strong, check-in was a breeze except when I reminded the front desk of our pets. I requested a pet-friendly room via Expedia, but didn’t receive acknowledgement from the hotel. During check-in, the staff told me there is a pet fee. The hotel’s Expedia page explicitly states “Pets stay free,” and I proceeded to show them their own listing. The issue didn’t go any further, but I’d like the hotel to update their page if it is indeed their policy to have a pet fee.

Overall the hotel is great and definitely a nice place in the middle of the fields. I definitely come back here. Only comment is they need to make it standard to clean and service the rooms daily. Twice during my week stay I arrive in the afternoon with my bed and bathroom looking the same when I left in the morning. I have been in many hotels worldwide and usually, a guest would request for their rooms NOT to be made and not the other way around. Plus the management should have ample supplies, I was told they are out of toilet paper and was given napkins instead.

It was an amazing place. They have a super nice pool area. They are good about keeping the pool clean and with fresh water. It is off the beaten path a little bit but don’t let that scare you off. It is nice a quite there

The property is new and situated away from the city's rush. Quiet, clean and peaceful place overlooking the farm land. Most importantly, the staffs are amazing and one will experience the Philippine's hospitality at its highest. The personnels are very accommodating and friendly while respecting one personal space.

It was nice to be far from bustling traffic and pollution. We plan to visit Philippines in the near future and stay in this quaint resort again.
