Pros:

Hotel was okay and facilities are okay too. Staff were very helpful but you can clearly see they are not trained well which is not their fault as they do try to accommodate to the best of their capabilities.

They can do better!!!
Pros:

1. Customer services was bad.
2. Parking was small and inconvenient.
3. No respect for guests privacy. Do not disturb sign was on and yet they ring the doorbell to change toiletries when we didn’t even ask for it.
4. No elevator and very dark hallway.
