Pros:

Personnel serviable.

Cons:

Chambre au RDC : odeurs de moisi et de malpropre, salle d'eau très sale, fuite d'eau au sol (nous n'avons pas pris de douche trop répugnant).

VERY DIRTY, i cannot recommend this to people. I hope the STAFF are trained and monitored.

the design of the place and what it probably was in the PAST glory days.

Cons:

VERY DIRTY, it doesn't take much to clean a place just some will power by the staff, which obviously was non existent. Windows were not wiped, underneath the bed are dead cockroaches, window screens full of dust and muck, dusty room with areas that have not been wiped with a rag at all. Cracked Toilet seat seem like has not been replaced in years. Water boiler not working. A/C noisy and dirty. Karaoke by the neighbors in the back. I don't like to give reviews like these. I'm not upset and angry. It just a shame that this place is the way it is. It has not been given attention by management. Please Change, you can do better :) Maybe cut off the wifi of your staff so they maintain your place properly. I don't think they are supervised properly, nor trained.

Camera piccola, vicino ad un pollaio e alle 4 del mattino il gallo cominciava a cantare e i vicini di stanza alle 5 già mettevano della musica senza che il personale dell' hotel dicesse niente

Pros:

The location is near baker’s hill and butterfly garden.
The staff is very accomodating and exerted effort to packed our breakfast as early as 3am for our early trip to El Nido.

Pros:

The staff were very accommodating and kind. The hotel lobby has a nice, positive vibe. My room on the second floor had a beautiful mountain view, and they even gave me free tea when I got sick.

It’s a great place to meditate or just enjoy some quiet time away from the noise. The location is also convenient, close to grocery stores and nearby restaurants. Overall, a lovely and peaceful place to stay.

Cons:

There are a few things that need improvement. I found a cockroach in the bathroom, and the cabinet doors were dusty and looked quite old. In the first room I stayed in, there was no water in the sink, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. The bed also felt worn out.

Overall, the stay was peaceful, but I hope they can improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms.

Ok good night sleep before going to the bus terminal to El Nido
Pros:

10 mins to Irawan bus terminal.

Bed and duvet os great!

Cons:

There’s absolutely nothing around the place except from residences.

Exceptional
Pros:

The property is in a good location, the property itself is super cute. One of the staff fed the fish when he noticed we were watching them so they would be more lively which was really sweet of him, he also told us about the types of fish they have. The rooms themselves are really nice and clean, the aircon works really well.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little bit moldy/mildewy. There is a window in the bathroom for airflow but it didn't seem to help much while we were there (we only stayed 1 night, so I'm sure for longer stays there'd be solutions).
