Overlooking mayon volcano. Near the airport. Near cagsawa ruins. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and wonderful staffs
Pros:

I can see the beautiful mayon volcano from my window. It’s neat and just 10mins to the airport (BIA).

Cons:

It has not pwd-friendly. No elevator.

Pros:

You can see the Mayon from the distance we're windows are facing. The room is quite spacious.

Cons:

There was no water in the toilet because they were having a maintenance that time we stayed, which last till sunset.

Good stay.
Pros:

I love the location, its near the airport. The staffs were amazing, they even granted our request to be at the second floor.

Cons:

No elevator so its difficult for seniors to go to 3rd floor so we requested to be at the 2nd floor.
