HOTEL GRANDE

Very good hotel hotel with excellent service. Great views and quiet. A little bit isolated but Grab is easily available. The cafe is a very good place to eat with very wide food choices. Halo halo is great.
Definitely on my list when I am in Baguio

It was amazing. The front desk people were friendly. The hotel is clean and it smells good!Food is great especially the international dinner buffet.

There is no phone in the rooms, one outlet to plug in chargers, no couch and center table to relax in, staff is not very friendly, bathroom is nice and modern, the soap they provide is so small. Coffee shop needs to open earlier than 7. We pulled up to the driveway, it took them 15 min to be greeted when it is not even busy. The place smells like sewer.

New hotel with excellent restaurant food. The breakfast had Chinese dim sum and regular breakfast choices. The only downside was that there were no sockets at bedside table. But overall highly recommend Ed.

Just difficult to summarise this Hotel in a short review. Staff are very helpful and looking to please.. the breakfast is served in a nice setting is fresh and plentiful.

The restaurant is just okay in the evening. Almost like high-end fast food is limited choice. The wine list is similarly very limited only two choices. And when I ordered a gin tonic in the bar the bar man could not make it without my help.

The spa is great in personal service levels, but also average in setting and ambience.

My room was nice uncomfortable but for the two days I was there had no hot water I was told that the equipment would be replaced. But as the shower was cold again on my final morning, I can only assume the equipment was not replaced.

On the plus side there is parking on site check and check out are easy and efficient But I think there are probably better choices to be filed

The place is clean and quiet. Very good for relaxing.
I just wish we can open the windows.

Over all the staff was great & friendly except there’s a cockroaches inside the bathroom during night time..

We went to the hotel for the Miryenda Eat All Ypu Can Buffet. Kids were very happy and we enjoyed the buffet. It was a nice holiday treat for us. I recommend this place. Staffs were very friendly and welcoming. Kudos to everyone who really worked hard in this place. :-) I will definitely comeback here with my family again. :-)

The hotel's location is the main reason I stay here and it's very clean. The staff responded promptly to my request for service. The room doesn't have enough towel bars and not enough ventilation if you just want fresh air.

The kids enjoyed the pool and meryenda buffet. The wifi is fast. The place is very peaceful. We loved the foods in the restaurant and cafe, very affordable.The bathroom is superb. The staffs are friendly and accommodating.

Only one thing, for the price which is close to hotel prices inside Camp John Hay, I hope someone will help us with our bags as well.

Would have wanted a refrigerator in the room. Would have preferred to have outlets at the bedside. Wished the windows could be opened or better yet a patio. The breakfast buffet was adequate.
Would have wanted to experience the dinner buffet.
However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I like the peacefulness of the place, safe and clean. Staff are friendly . How I wished I have more choices when it comes to breakfast like bread and cereals and milk. Overall, I am satisfied.
