Comfortable stay with excellent staff
Pros:

Citadines has excellent staff who are friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop swimming pool was a great place to relax. It was also convenient having a café and restaurant on the ground floor.

There aren't many shops nearby unless you're willing to walk to Greenbelt, so food delivery services came in handy on days when we felt like staying in.

Cons:

A couple of minor improvements would be cleaner glass windows and a more automated laundry service, as guests currently need staff assistance to start the machines.

I wish there were restaurants near the hotel although there is a restaurant inside the hotel but it was always full for breakfast. They have a great menu tho. Thanks for the free coffee!

It is a nice city hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was nice, very close to the main malls in Makati. It is a nice place to relax for few days.

Modern hotel close to Greenbelt area shopping
Pros:

Room comfortable with drinking water and toiletries included.
Breakfast was good. Great choice of a meal and a coffee and cold drink included.
Cafe was open all day and prices were reasonable with a good choice for lunch or dinner also.

Great stay in Makati, Manila
Pros:

It was a great hotel, well situated for exploring the Makati area. The pool on the 32nd floor was great for cooling off in the late afternoon. Our room/apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine which we made use of after our 3 weeks exploring the Philippines.

Cons:

There was no buffet breakfast. We had to wait 45 minutes for the breakfast which was only 1 dish per person. So crowded and very small eating area. Windows in the room were dirty. No water bottles in the room. They gave us this little water tank from which we have to fill the water ourselves but the water hardly comes out.

Superb accommodation in excellent area
Pros:

This is the first 10 rating I think i have given. For the price and the location the whole experience was faultless. Easy check in, clean and wonderful room, infinity pool (which we had to ourselves for a while on our last night). Close to malls, bars, restaurants and local shops, was actually exactly what we wanted.

Cons:

Honestly nothing, I wont even split hairs, for value, location and quality it will be hard to do better.
