I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is very clean and new. Staff is super helpful.

think it's good for less than 1 week biz trip.

Room is noisy (automobile sounds) from outside, so you need ear plugs. But there are good dining and shopping options near the hotel.

A comfortable hotel with kind services. It is ok but surrounding area of this hotel seems not safe during night. Loads near hotel are dirty and inconvenient.

It is clean hotel. Staff are kind. No coffee (or instant coffee-mix) is supplied, so that I had to buy it.

First what I would like to comment is the impeccable staff being very patient, resourceful and helpful. The rooms I have stayed in both Lyf and The Suites were cleaned and maintained on a daily basis. Even housekeeping was very friendly and understanding. I’m always greeted with the many doormen and security upon arrival and returning. The staff are always welcoming at the roof deck for my daily breakfast. The view overlooking the Manila Bay was beautiful as the sun touches upon the city. This property is one I will look forward to come in my future stays.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room upon our arrival. Kitchen was fully equipped which made our stay very helpful and comfortable.

My daughter likes to stay here it’s safe!

me and my husband spent the week here as we had visited the phillipines to visit Palawan. The hotel is very clean, staff is amazing and attentive. No issues at all. we will be back

Clean room and friendly staff.

This was my second stay at this hotel and it’s extremely clean, modern, i love the new StarBucks they opened at the front entrance, it’s close to the Roberson Mall and staff always are friendly and genuine.

Helpful having a kitchenette, tight quarters in the bathroom, had all we needed - location is improving, but has a long way to go. Would recommend for the value and amenities.

All the Staff were so very nice, helpful, and prompt. No other Vacation place had better. I sincerely enjoyed my stay.

One of the toilets is overflowing after flushing. The staff should have first checked whether the toilets were functioning well.

Very good hotel; the staff makes it even perfect! I want to thank them all and I hope they will see my comment! I travelled solo and even though the area around can be a bit overwhelmed if you are not from around or a similar place, the hotel security and the whole staff crew make you feel very secure and re-assusred.
Please do choose this hotel; you won't be disapointed.

Stayed here during two different sessions - enjoyed both times - the staff are great and have been very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport and for printing visas for abroad. The facility is unique in having all that you need, including common facilities for cooking your own meals (roof top). The only complaint is the small (tight) bathroom - could have easily been resolved if the door opened outwards. The only drawback is that the area is down trodden (but slowly changing) as virtually everywhere in the Philippines.
