I certainly think it’s worth staying at the resort, it would cost you 200 pesos to get into the city if you wanted to go
Pros:

A large clean well cared for room. Delicious food, breakfast lunch and dinner. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, especially the front desk, assisted us with finding locations in the city.
There’s even Pickel Ball courts two minutes walk away from the Resort.
Make sure you take the tour to the river limestone caves

Cons:

Not enough towel racks in the bathroom. Also the dining room staff should improve their toaster and not put individual jam jars on every table com they should be over near the bread with teaspoons for each flavour of jam. Minor issues only.

The drama with the cold water was frustrating and the location is a bit far.

Ce serait une erreur de ne pas profiter de leur gentillesse et d’un endroit si beau.
Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé , de la prise en charge à l’aéroport jusqu’au départ.
Un grand merci à tout le staff et au patronne de cet établissement , la compagnie nous a perdu les bagages , entre temps nous sommes parti à El Nido , et l’hôtel s’est proposé de nous aider , grâce à l’hôtel et à Warren leur représentant , ils nous ont livrer les bagages jusqu’à nous.
Un grand merci du fond du cœur.

Et en plus de ça le lieu est magnifique , apaisant , les chambres sont magnifiques , un vrai paradis.
On y mange très bien et possibilité de se faire masser en chambre.

Je recommande !!

Wonderfully relaxing 6 days after Europe.
Pros:

Intimate resort. Great food. Wonderful happy obliging staff. Very clean. Comfy bed.

Cons:

Heavy cigarette smell in my room ( maybe from previous guest). Constant banging on my villa and working on roof to get the new part of resort built. Housekeeping not constant in leaving pool towels or face washers.

Great short layover place with a pool and good breakfast.
Pros:

The staff, the pool, the facilities and the breakfast were awesome. The restaurant at the villas is great too.

Cons:

The location is not the best as there is literally nothing around the hotel, no place to go in the evening, no cafes etc. You have to grab a cab or a tricycle to go anywhere.

Brilliant staff
Pros:

Staff were absolutely fantastic. Some of the best service I have ever seen - from the restaurant, to the bar, to reception, to housekeeping. Everyone was so friendly!

The room was large, very clean, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job every day.

Special shout out to the staff at the pool bar.

Really enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend this place for anyone seeking a relaxing stay in Palawan.

Highly recommend, lovely to stay there and relax.
Pros:

The layout was great. Had everything that we needed. We were well looked after. The staff were excellent they would always help with anything.

Cons:

Only one complaint. The shower was a problem in room 6a. It was not hot, the hand held hose did not work, the water spurted out and could not be used. when the water came out from the top it sprayed everywhere. Water did not drain away quickly.
