Pros:

Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. The facilities were very good and the place was peacefully quiet. The food was lovely, too.

Cons:

The location is a bit out of the way, but the benefit.is the peace and quiet you get. There's always a tricycle/taxi around anyway.

Pleasant relaxing 😎
Pros:

Staff accommodating and property clean Villas have private pools and there is also the main pool for use. But unfortunately no area for lounges or umbrellas as units face straight onto the pool with their own private verandas with lounge
Staff very helpful in booking tours massages transport

Cons:

We have been travelling for a month thru the Philippines and this was the first poor experience we had. When we arrived we had booked a room for 3 people incl my 14 year old. We were shown the room and it only had one bed. I asked about about an extra bed and was told I should have requested it and had to pay for it . At this point I checked booking . Com and saw that the 2 bed villa was available for only an extra few pounds. They wouldn’t let me pay for it as they wanted to charge me 4 x as much. They eventually gave me an extra bed for free.
There are no sun beds by the pool or any capacity to have any.
The kitchen closes at 8:30 and while we were still eating found out that we wouldn’t be having the main meal we had ordered as they had closed the kitchen .

After that we went to Funny Lion for meals and pool time which is only 5 min walk away

Muss man buchen, wenn man in Puerta Princesa auf Durchreise ist.
Pros:

Super Unterkunft für Durchreisende. Preis-Leistung perfekt. Schöne angenehme klimatisierte Zimmer, super Küche, tolle Pool Bar und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Perfekte lokation

Pros:

Vraiment un hôtel de charme pour se reposer après 3 nuits sur les îles balabacs , ça fait du bien , dans une chambre tout confort avec un super lit et un très bon service

Cons:

La piscine trop chaude , c'est un jacuzzi il manque plus que les bulles

Pros:

I loved the room and shower 😊 very clean and fresh! Pool just in front of the room with a bar. Staff was lovely especially Sai the bartender at the pool 😊 best cocktails and drinks i could ask for, very friendly and made my stay much better! A real asset to the resort!

Pros:

A legjobb tranzitszállásunk ahol valaha voltunk. A személyzet kedves, mosolygós, segítőkész. A szoba, az ágy kényelmes, minden tiszta volt,.nagyon ügyeltek a tisztaságra. Underground river túrát is szerveztek, bár az utazási iroda hibázott, mégis a szállás kompenzált minket a kellemetlenségért. Köszönjük! ❤️ A medence szuper, balinéz hangulat + zene,bár. Reggeli szuper volt, végre 2 hét után sajtot és sonkát is ehettem. 🙏 1x vacsoráztunk, pizzát nem ajánlom a pizzakedvelőknek, de a spagetti finom volt. Ölelés staffnak. ❤️😘

Only mirror in bathroom and toilet in bathroom as well. When you have multiple people that need to shower and get ready if someone is in the toilet it puts everyone hold
