Disappointing. Disappointing Hotel
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and really tried to help us with our issues but unfortunately the problems at the hotel will be on that they control.

Cons:

The room was not clean, the bathroom cupboard was unusable due to rusted hinges and mold within the inside of the cupboard. The shower rail was broken and so you had to hold the shower rose if you wanted to have a shower. No hand towel were provided, no toilet paper was provided we had to ask for both. Safe was not safe because it was not bolted down down, you could just pick it up and walk away with it. we couldn't lock the door on the balcony and anybody could have just stepped in as we were on the ground floor. No top sheet for the bed just a blanket. And a number of other small things that you just would expect for a hotel room.

Pros:

Room is big.

Cons:

They didn't clean the room even when I ask them to clean it. There's no water 2 times and we were not told about it. Breakfast is not good, lots of rice, one egg and a little something..

The bathtub 😅
Pros:

The room, the bed, with netflix. Great staycation. Very relaxing.

Cons:

Was excited to use the bathtub but the drain stopper not working. My goal was to be able to use it.
There were still hairs on the shower drain.

Not recommended.
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. And they clean our room everyday.

Cons:

The pool was open for public. So there’s so many people from outside who are not staying at the hotel using the pool. And the noise they can use karaoke at pool so you can’t relax when you want to take a nap. And the smell of the facility is so bad. And the pool was so dirty so we didn’t get a chance to use the pool because it’s always full. And the breakfast was so disappointed you can’t choice what breakfast they can just served what they have. And the place was so far from the beach.
