Location and bathroom tiles not clean
Location as it was quite near to the area where I had my meeting.
The hotel corridor was stinking and in my room there were no pillow case. The staff told me at the time of check-in and should have provided me an alternate room in this case. At night, the room became a bit hot despite the aircon was set at 19 deg. Hotel should take care of the stinking smell in the corridor and proper room facilities.

Handily placed for Aura Premier mall and Market Market. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bath robes and slippers supplied. Great value for the price.
Towels were not the best. Lighting in the bathroom not great for shaving. Would be good if they had some basic utensils, plates, fork and spoon etc.
First and foremost, location, it’s mainly the reason I chose to stay in the hotel. It’s just like 5 minute-walk to SM Aura, Market2 and Serendra. The staff were friendly, polite, accommodating and warm, from the reception, to the housekeeping and the restaurant. The front desk team are always polite when they answer calls and give responses to my requests. Housekeeping go above and beyond their duties. We stayed for 8 days and on the 3rd to the last day we stayed I forgot to put the sign up on the door but when we returned the bins and towels were changed, we were given new floor mat and hand towels as we have been requesting and the bed were made up as well. It was great to see the room tidy after a long day outside. The people in the restaurant were always helpful and kind. During the buffet breakfast the people were observant to the needs of the guests and always give a hand even when not asked. The menu in the buffet breakfast is almost always the same apart from the main dishes which seem to change every day which is nice so you get variety especially if you are staying long in the hotel. Overall it’s been a lovely experience and we would defo come again.
Not that we didn’t like but something the hotel could possibly improve. The pool is semi-outdoor which would have been nice in the warm weather but the pool is so cold - hopefully the temperature could be warmer in cooler days or evenings. On our first 3 days, we didn’t realize that our pillows didn’t have pillowcases until we had our beds made up when they put some new pillowcases during that time. It’d would be nice to have that double checked before accepting new guest. Also, we’re not sure if it’s because of safety that windows can’t be opened but the rooms smells musty on the first time we came in and every time we come in from outside.
