Decent. I’d say pretty decent.
Pros:

Accessibility, amenities and the helpful and accommodating staff.

Cons:

The bedsheets, comforter and bed felt a bit too old and kinda dirty, caused me a breakout. There’s a roach welcoming me upon arrival. The lights were focused in one area making the room dim/dark.

convenient location at affordable price
Pros:

did not try their breakfast but the hotel was three minutes walk from two big shopping malls full of cafes and restaurants

comfy enough for a couple of nights stay

Cons:

the noise, kids were screaming in the hallway of the 19th floor at 2am

So far all good.

Cons:

We arrived around 11:00 a.m as we could not check in yet. We were advised if we want to have some food as they have cafe/ restaurant in 3rd floor we went up and order a latte… but the waiter said they don’t have coffee any more. It’s just strange a cafe shop and the run out of coffee as per the waiter said, mind you it’s just 11:00 a.m just disappointed.

Will definitely meet your expectations - great value.
Pros:

Honestly, almost everything was perfect. I had booked a double bedroom so a lot of space with 1 double and 1 single bed in the room. Bathroom had everything one needs. Even brush and toothpaste, comb, lotion etc. Can't really fault it. Daily room service also available.

Cons:

Aircon is loud and sort of chills one part of the room; it feels like old-style aircons. The room's soundproofing is not great. You can hear street noise even on the 28th floor, but since i had the aircon on, it was ok in that regard.
