Staff was friendly

Cons:

Room was oke clean but there was still some dust, hair on the floor from previous guest.

We also woke up one night because of people yelling in the hallway.

Good value
Pros:

Quite new modern building, clean room, comfortable beds, staff was polite and helpful, quite nice view to the bgc side, walking distance to bgc shops, high street, etc.

Cons:

Sone equipment was not located properly, eg. microwave oven was not at the electrical socket so you could not use it, light in the batheoom was not sufficient for hygieně at the mirror, eg. shaving, the type of a/c used in the rooms could be noisy for someone, gym is quite small for such big hotel

Hotel was okay to stay as it close to SM Aura and market market. We did enjoyed eating buffet breakf
Pros:

Accessibility to rides, close to malls and 7 eleven

Cons:

Elevator takes longer to get ride, room wasn’t spacious.Food we ordered like la paz batchoy was so spicy which should be then beef tapa was too salty.Then shower room water leaked to the flooring .And entering the hotel using grab or taxi is a bit inconvenient as there’s no space to drop off , very tight space for parking in the basement too.

Pros:

what i do like more in hotel 101 is the location it is near to everything, very clean, all elevators are working, lobby is big, staffs are very accommodating, restaurant is good, as 3 star hotel it exceeded my expectation. Good Job hotel 101.

Cons:

I like almost everything, staffs are friendly, good looking and very accommodating, probably just a little suggestion, to add plates and teaspoon in each rooms, that's all, overall I'm satisfied.
