Cons:

I was not able to stay at all at the facility because I was not able to access it and noone was available to help me sort it out.

I could add a lot more details (like the fact that I reached the location after traveling form Europe for almost 48 hours and that I had to pay a lot more last moment for finding another solution) but onw of the main facts which bother me is that in the Booking.com criteria the 24/7 reception filter was used and it is not trues that this facility offers such a service at all...!!

I should be refunded for the whole amount, I am having a hard time to obtain that and if Booking.com is not able to help I believe I will be using more different providers.

Our wonderful second stay.
Pros:

This was our second stay at H&H, and they exceeded our expectations once again. Everything was absolutely perfect. There's no need to worry about toiletries because they provide a comprehensive selection, including conditioner. They even included a projector in a room with a Netflix account. We will undoubtedly book again in the future. Thank you, H&H!

4 nights spent well
Pros:

The location isn't so far from our event venue at SMX Convention Center Aura + SM Aura Mall. It's near the Venice Mall and the airport as well. The host was so helpful and responsive. The unit is nice, modern, quite clean, and complete with everything you need. The towels and linens smelled nice. There are games (play station, board games, karaoke) + Netflix. There are snacks and drinks in the unit at a reasonable price (see the prices at the book provided by the host). The building management said max. 2 guests are allowed to buy tickets for swimming for 150 pesos per person (holiday 300 pesos per person). Our kids 10 and 6 were free to swim. There is a convenience store (they sell fruits, vegetables, and frozen meat as well), a small mall, some restaurants, and Starbucks near the entrance. It's easy to get a taxi or just use the grab car service for more convenience. We will come back again for sure when we have an event at the nearby location. Thank you.
