The hotel is located near a shopping mall, so it is convenient for shopping. The facilities are very clean, but the shower temperature was not adjustable, so it was lukewarm like water. We stayed with four people, and they provided two bath towels and two wash sets for eco. Transportation is convenient. I prepared everything in advance, so I didn't feel any inconvenience, so the overall rating is reasonable and good. Thank you.

Staff was very helpful and lovely , rooms are very spacious . The breakfast area too poor quality , very small buffet area ,not enough tables and chairs , the food are so limited as a buffet breakfast .

Great stay! Staff is extremely friendly. A shout out to Olga and Jovany! Only reason for four stars is the internet and tv. Management get this taken care of! You have a great friendly staff.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Harolds. It’s a new hotel in a very good location in Mandaue City just across a Parkmall and beside a strip mall. What stood out the most during my stay was the courteous and friendly staff which was the best I’ve encountered during my entire vacation in the Philippines.
