Pros:

nothing to like, it stinks when you enter the lobby

unpleasant odor on the elevator and hallway, stains on the towels, pillows and bed sheets.. aircon not facing the bed side makes you feel hot on morning till afternoon, tv has no channel and signal

Reception staff were helping and friendly, the room was small but comfortable and flean

The location was great. Right in the middle of Chinatown and very close to sightseeing attractions.

Cons:

The building was old, the hallways had a nasty smell. There was a sign saying no smoking, but the staff were smoking in the building.

Oh emm gee! After we finished checking in and seeing the room we wanted to check out. We are so upset that the property is like a warehouse.

Cons:

We didn't like all about this old hotel. They charged me twice, I paid in cash and they charged me to my card.
