We had a nice stay in the hotel.
Pros:

The room is clean and very spacious. I also love the smell upon entering the room. The staff are very approachable and they always smile which gives a good feeling to the customers. I also like that they provide a space in front of the hotel near the beach (bed & umbrella) where we can relax and enjoy the view & sunset. Keep it up and maintain your good customer service. ^_^

Cons:

Our room was beach front but not sea view which is one of the reason we book the room. However, the staff explained the reason for such misunderstanding.

Super Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Strand mit gratis Sonnenliegen und -schirm. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eher dürftig, Getränke müssen bezahlt werden. Badezimmer etwas klein.

Pros:

Были проездом на 2 дня перед отлетом. Достоинства отеля - близость к морю, лежаки на пляже. Нас быстро заселили, за что большое спасибо. Приехали в 11, оставили багаж и пошли купаться. Через 30 минут нам сообщили, что мы можем заселяться.
Отель близко к третьей станции, поэтому относительно немного народу. Пляж и море компенсируют все недостатки 😊.

Cons:

Номера были близко к выходу из отеля, где расположен ресторан. Музыка очень громко орет до часу ночи. Может это, конечно, было связано с Рождеством (даты проживания 24-26.12), но что-то мне подсказывает, что это не так.
Спать было невозможно.
Очень скудный завтрак и не вкусный.
Лежаков всего 10 штук на пляже. Но парочку свободных мы за эти два дня всегда находили.
Уборки в номерах не было (видимо, потому что мы 2 дня жили). Оценить не могу. Номер расположен так, что попасть в ванную можно только пройдя через весь номер и как бы ты не мыл ноги, песок все равно тащится через всю комнату. В номерах должна стоять щетка (веник).
Но за столь низкую цену, наверное, ожидать большего и не стоит.

Nice location , but would not return without improvements
Pros:

The location was just a short walk to the beach. Beds were relatively comfortable.

Cons:

The tv was inexplicably mounted on the wall that DID NOT face either bed lol. I assumed it had a movable bracket ( like many hotels do) but nope. An easy fix that should have been noticed and addressed during initial construction. Also, if you didn’t ask for your room to cleaned and swept each day , it wasn’t done. How this is not automatic at a beach hotel ( sand in the room is a constant issue ) ? Staff were responsive to requests however. Oh and they do not currently accept cc as a form of payment, I find this unacceptable for an advertised three - four star hotel.

Pros:

It's located just before the beach, so easy to access the beach.

Cons:

1st floor has no see view at all, much worse is no window except small one toward the path to the other room. There are so many people in this apartment hotel that wifi is not available. Water in the toilet doesn't work well. Terrible in general.
