Fair value for money.
Pros:

Nice and comfortable suites. Breakfast was nice. Location was okay.

Cons:

Limited seats in the dinning area. It gets too full at breakfast. A distance from the airport.

Please improve your accommodation of check-ins and other concern in the reception.

I like the space of every unit.

Cons:

1. The waiting in line with the one receptionist takes too long, I understand that the client is requesting something that needs to assist but It’s frustrating for us in the lone seeing the other line accommodating faster so the new person in that line is already done than us. I suggest you apply the fork system, one line for the reception then they can call the next in line so the time of the people will not be wasted.

2. No cotton buds as default amenities in the room. Still need to request.

3. Room offered by the hotel for 2 adults and 1 child age 12 years old is not fit in one bed.

gym was decent and the staff were friendly

Cons:

really don’t recommend staying here, the hotel is old and doesn’t function well, there are much better options around the same price point

room was worn out and had seen better days, towels were frayed and stained

the location wasn’t great, not very walkable

the aircon unit was leaking, clearly an ongoing problem as the paint and wall were warped, an engineer came but wasn’t able to resolve it

walls and ceiling were thin so could hear constant noise from other rooms

they were blasting multiple films and music in communal areas which made for a chaotic atmosphere

the lifts were painfully slow and there was limited aircon in communal areas like the hallway so it was boiling while you waited for them

Pros:

I’ve stayed at Roces Ave location last May 2025 with my son and we liked your hotel. It’s clean and most of the staff are very friendly. I chose to stayed again here for 10 days from 12/26 to 1/5. I rated the staff as follows: 1-5 as 5 is excellent:
The housekeeping team are all excellent (5) especially Loid. He is very hardworking and energetic! The staff at Alejo Restaurant are (5) very courteous, friendly and efficient. The security at the lobby are also (5) very welcoming, and attentive. However, there are a few receptionist that should be more organize, helpful and professional. When I called the receptionist to let them know that there are poops in the front of my door and she said that from 10th to 18th floors they can house pets so I asked her why they put me on the 18th flr and I do not have pets. I did not receive any formal apology. I asked her to let the owner of the dog to apologize to me but nothing happened. There is a CCTV on every floors so they should know who are the owners of the dogs. I am going back to see my mom this coming March and hoping I do not encounter the same problem. Thanks

Great stay!
Pros:

We had a good experience! Location was good cause easy to access from skyway. Hotel is new so our room had a new furniture smell which is not really the best smell. Staff was top notch. Special thanks to JM (security), Angel (front desk), Lordwin (fd) and Vince (fd). A little pricey but facilities and security was really good. Thank you to the hospitality industry for being available on the holidays.
