Cons:

The staff can't assist me well. She always says "Bago lang po ako" which I think is not valid as I was asking regarding the sales invoice issuance, etc.

Disappointing experience during Typhoon Uwan—kind manager and staff, but poor flexibility and treatment for Booking.com
Pros:

The manager was very kind and understanding. She noticed us waiting and personally allowed us to check in despite the ongoing typhoon. The housekeeping staff were also polite and pleasant throughout our stay.

Cons:

We booked through Booking.com and paid a higher rate than booking directly, but the receptionist and supervisor were not flexible because our reservation was from this platform. Even though the room was ready and unoccupied, they refused to let us check in early and said that if we checked in at 12 noon, we would have to check out by 8 a.m. the next day. It felt unreasonable and inhumane given the typhoon situation. Most hotels we’ve stayed at have been much more compassionate and accommodating.

Other tenants were noisy around midnight as if they’re the only tenants at the hotel. There was limited dining and quite far away to any fast food restaurants around.

This is only a narrow end of a large building. The room was OK, but there was no safe in the room. The shower area was basic Filipino style shower which is fine.

Pros:

‘booked a family suite and in the itinerary it said it’s a room with 3 queen sized beds. There were only 2 beds, and there were 6 of us. When we ordered the complimentary breakfast some had extra charges, and a few minutes later we were told that one of the order which they said was complimentary was not—so we had to pay for it. We travelled with a baby, she kept crying during the night and couldnt sleep coz the fire alarm kept ringing, we had to call 2x bec it keeps on ringing. They were stains on the sheets as well.

Pros:

Location wise, it was convinient for us. Everything was within walking distance. Amenities, not so good. It lacks a fridge, microwave, and you have to keep updating your key card everyday. They will only give you one key card per room. Room service is ok. Some items on the breakfast menu is not available or out of stock. Staff cleans the hallway everyday. Room is big enough as well as their bathroom. All in all it's an ok stay for us.
