We used two rooms (one family room and one deluxe suite). The deluxe suite had good air-conditioning, which is essential in Gapan (an extremely hot and humid place). The hotel is in the middle of the City and there is ample free parking.
Although we were provided water in a pail, there was no running water. The family room's air-con was not working properly. We were placed at the farthest end of the hotel despite our advance request since our party included an 83-year old sickly woman and a 59-year old PWD. No wheelchair available. No discount provided in spite of all the shortcomings. The receptionist argued that it was because we booked through Booking.com.

The staff can't assist me well. She always says "Bago lang po ako" which I think is not valid as I was asking regarding the sales invoice issuance, etc.

The manager was very kind and understanding. She noticed us waiting and personally allowed us to check in despite the ongoing typhoon. The housekeeping staff were also polite and pleasant throughout our stay.
We booked through Booking.com and paid a higher rate than booking directly, but the receptionist and supervisor were not flexible because our reservation was from this platform. Even though the room was ready and unoccupied, they refused to let us check in early and said that if we checked in at 12 noon, we would have to check out by 8 a.m. the next day. It felt unreasonable and inhumane given the typhoon situation. Most hotels we’ve stayed at have been much more compassionate and accommodating.

Friendly workers near to everything
Other tenants were noisy around midnight as if they’re the only tenants at the hotel. There was limited dining and quite far away to any fast food restaurants around.
Location is accessible. The staff are courteous.
Breakfast was not serve hot.
This is only a narrow end of a large building. The room was OK, but there was no safe in the room. The shower area was basic Filipino style shower which is fine.
