UMA Hotel and Residences

I love the Pinoy food prepared for Breakfast 😍.Just needed to repair some of the broken things inside the Hotel .I was amazed the most by the Telephone inside the Comfort Room can be use for Emergency and the Flashlight inside the cabinet 😍. The Hotel is recommendable .

The staff are not friendly in the labby they thought we couldn’t afford to rent a room

Beautiful hotel. Very modern

Centrally located to all restaurants in Naga City. As a supposedly 2 year old hotel, it has a lot of potential but lacks basic property management. Upkeep and maintenance is visibly poor such as the sewer smell in the basement parking, elevator and hallway. I heard hotel got flooded last year and unable to provide solution to the sewer smell. Its next door to the Bicol river which i think makes it susceptible to flooding. For the room, we checked in with water stained mirrors, moldy shower head, leakage on kitchen vent (reported it, staff just put a towel to catch the leak and never came back to fix it), and unmopped floor behind hidden corners. Very tight space and you have to literally walk sideways to go to the far end bedside. We also ask for extra towels (we booked 4 and they put 2), and when we asked for extra towels, they questioned why we needed more. Lastly, the worst part, there is no room WiFi and non existent except for the lobby. We reported it and she ridiculously replied its due to the rain and weather. I worked in Telecoms and this is an easy fix and just shows poor instalation in all rooms and care from management. When you people going down to the lobby just to get a decent WiFi is a sign of absolute lack of care. We've read pass reviews and this is not a new issue. You are basically guaranteeing no repeat customers with this management approach for a 2 year old hotel with 2 year old excuse of "soft opening".

It was wonderful and their customer service is excellent, everyone is accommodating and wear a smile in their faces.

The facilities are comparable to US hotels clean friendly staff. They accommodated us when the AC on our side of the floor broke. The insulation is not that great you can hear the cars and whatever is going on in the streets below from our 6th floor room .

Property is located in the central district where everything is walkable. Staff are always friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable, amenities are available when needed. Overall experience was great, will definitely stay again when in town. Highly recommended.

what a surprise! we had an awesome experience, a world class hotel in the region, i highly recommend it! a must see for tourists! the rooms are so clean (love the bed, the comforters and the bathroom!

Good customer service

It was a good stay with friendly service and the accessibility of the hotel to major conveniences.
One negative remarks is that I cannot avail of the swimming pool on hot summer weather due to inoperable.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times and it is great. Service is amazing - check in is a breeze (they actually had everything ready for my arrival). They usually have something special in the room to welcome you - this time was two beautiful breads different flavors that were delicious.
We did choose this hotel based on the covered parking - I have a pick up truck and had items in the back however I arrived at a busy time (Friday night at dinner time) so there was no covered parking available. It ended up being fine as it didn't rain. The customer service is outstanding so I probably could have mentioned the parking issue and I am sure they could have contacted me when a space became available.

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

The place is great and has great staff.
Problem is the internet never works. I've stayed here 3x and there is always a problem with the internet. Hard to do any work or even watch Netflix.
