The parking area is huge.
From a long trip abroad, we arrived in Bicol a day before the graduation and then next day traveled approximately four hours early in the morning (on the day of our hotel booking). Since we were attending a graduation event, I requested an early check-in at around 1:30 PM. Unfortunately, the hotel could only accommodate this request for an additional fee.
Upon arrival, the front desk staff did not appear welcoming, and there was a noticeable lack of warmth or hospitality during check-in. Additionally, guests are expected to bring their own iron or steamer, as these are only available at an extra charge.
I also encountered mosquitoes in the room and reported this to the reception. While the issue was acknowledged, no action was taken to address it. Although I cannot comment on the full range of amenities, I would describe the customer service as average. However, the presence of large mosquitoes in the room is a concern that should be addressed to ensure guest comfort and hygiene. Checking out also took about 30mins waiting time.
I was physically tired and have not enjoyed my stay at Sundaze. Thus have no energy to follow up updates on that mosquito thing.
The good thing I did that day was that I booked my family at the nearby hotel where the stay was excellent. Robertson hotel is just few minutes away from this hotel and my whole family enjoyed there stay. BTW I booked 2rooms at Sundaze and 3rooms at Robertson
Washrooms clean and dry very good
On my marriage day
Rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were restaurants nearby so food options were not limited. Property was not too far from the city centre. Plenty of parking available in the back. Staff were all friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again!

Wifi is not good, we stay on 3rd floor and no wifi. No phone on room to call the reception. No restaurant on the hotel. Needs more improving

I booked 3 standard double rooms because I was traveling with family and friends and aside from having polite and accommodating staff, I love how clean and cozy the property is. The room is spacious, perfect for us to sleep calmly while our 4-year old kid is roaming around the room. Yes, safe siya for kids. Also, very convenient for a coffee-lover like me yung may coffee shop sa hotel. Will definitely come back and recommend to relatives and friends.

I like that the room is so cozy and clean. They have areas for the smoker in every floor and also a water refilling area for your stay. Masarao yung tulog. Nakapagrelax talaga kami ng family ko.
I didnt like the price at the coffee shop pricey masyado.

We extended our stay here as it was affordable and all staff we're very accommodating. The place has a great ambiance and it was very clean. They have a huge and safe parking area. Tansportation is also not a problem as there are available public transpo in front.
