Hayat Sky Towers

The restaurant was good. The breakfast buffet, which if you book through a third party site, is not included was not good. Very little variety and cold.

Check in was at 2pm. I arrived at 3pm and my room wasn’t ready until 3:30pm. The booking stated check out was at 1pm and they made us leave at noon.

The aircon was hit or miss and the insta-hot, which I had to turn on not only the power, but also the water, never got above 27C.

Save the headache and poor location and head to the Holiday Inn near Ayala. You will thank me later

I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. All for my package to actually be stored somewhere else not in the front desk. But the room was nice and clean, quiet spot for a stay away from the chaotic city. But WiFi connection isn’t that strong so keep that in mind when staying here.

Nice place, I did not expect that the suite has 2 bedrooms. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

I checked in late at night, but there were no problems. The elevator didn't work at all on some days, and there were frequent power outages, so there are some issues with the facilities.

There is a 7-Eleven on the first floor, so it is very convenient.

The bedroom was on the road side leading to Tops, so it was noisy even at night and the soundproofing was not very good.

The staff were all kind. When I couldn't get a taxi, they put me on the shuttle bus.

When I went to the airport to return home, I couldn't get a taxi and couldn't use the shuttle bus, so an executive took me to the airport.

There are many areas for improvement, but overall it was a good stay. I look forward to future developments.

Very nice and respectful people…little expensive based on the food and the area

Only problem-the lower floors ( I stayed executive suite 3rd floor ) are not sound insulated towards the roadside.

They need soundproof dual pane glass, considering the highway is frequented by bazillion of motorbikes (without mufflers) You can expect full traffic until 1 AM and starting again at 5 Am.

Aside of the sleepless night, its all good.

Good place to stay but very nosisy with the moterbike tfaffic all day. Started to quiet down around 1030 pm. Staff was awsome and helpful. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice. On the day of the breakfast buffet id suggest they keep the food hot. I had them microwave my plate. Pool was cool and cery nice for a dip and views off the pool dect were great.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great evening entertainment and food in the restaurant. Amazing views.

The hotel needs to retrofit the build for noise control. The rooms on the busy side of street (the executive Suites) need to be sound proof. The motorcycles were relentless when moved to a smaller room the a/c units were poorly operating, hallways and lobby temperature hot. The food area needs health protocols; the fruit bowl not covered and flies all over the pastries, and the hot food not served hot. Television cable service limited to one room - not good. Positive note, the floors were very clean and bellman very polite. Thank you Expedia for being the best.

Most of the staff are not as attentive nor service-oriented to the guests.

I really loved the hotel and staff and the restaurant and hospitality the cleanliness and the gym and the pool and the management very friendly but thy tried to over charge me for taxi service
The property was very beautiful but by the pool area it was very dark at night time and no safty
Signs I tripped over small table that I couldn’t see it because it was very dark and the bathroom the water was cold because the water heater was broken so we took cold shower just the day that I checked out I took hot shower
I couldn’t sleep at night because all the noise and motor bikes noises and I booked the hotel with breakfast but the staff told me that it was not with breakfast I don’t know if it was the Expedia mistake or the hotel but no big deal with breakfast

I have to leave the hotel the day of my reservations due to bed bugs. I wasn’t gonna put a review because the manager was nice. But after not getting my refund back i have to let future guest know about the place to make them aware. It is posted as Luxury hotel but it is not. It is actually a condotel. You are up in the mountains, the room is small and the the worst thing are the bed bugs. It is hard to find transportation also. I will never stay on this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

This is a new hotel. The staff is very pleasant. The food here is outstanding. Bar services are also very good. Very affordable. Located in the hills overlooking the city.

My stay was very nice and everyone there was very welcoming. Some things that were a small issue during our stay were the internet in the room and the TV trying to connect to it.

Perhaps the hotel is newly operated. They have many things to get organised. It’s nice and scenic but need more improvement. Staffs were nice and helpful.
