The hotel was nice. The staff were friendly. However, the food service took a long time to bring food each time I ordered.
Adaptable for early check due to unforeseen flight changes. This is our second time at this hotel. Slighlty disappointed. Seems like the standards are dropping. Staff overstretched. No sound insulation.

Excelente hotel em Deira.a estação de metrô, linha verde- Gold Souk quase em frente ao hotel. Localização boa para passear na parte antiga de dubai e caminhar em al seef, Bur dubai , passear de Abra( barquinhos ) .Quartos excelentes , café da manhã bom, restaurante para jantar, academia e piscina.
It was an amazing experience. It was my Nikkah & 1st time in Dubai, & during Ramadan. My self, husband and daughter & guest, Great memories. Alhamdulliah..Thank you for the service great hotel. I will cone again, but a different room.

I recently stayed at Mercure Dubai Deira, and unfortunately, it was the worst hotel experience I have had in the UAE. While a few staff members were professional, overall service, hygiene, and facilities were far below acceptable standards for an Accor property.
Key Issues:
• Check-in Experience: Upon arrival, I was unexpectedly asked to pay a deposit, which I found unnecessary and insulting. Instead, I offered it as a goodwill gesture to the receptionist.
• Laundry Service Misrepresentation: I specifically asked if laundry was in-house and was assured it was, only to later find out that it wasn’t. This misleading information caused significant inconvenience.
• Hygiene & Pest Control: I was bitten by insects within an hour of unpacking. Despite informing reception, I found more small insects, including a spider, the next day.
• Service Quality: While some staff were helpful, most seemed untrained and unqualified, lacking professionalism and attentiveness.
• Food & Beverage: The food was disappointing, lacking freshness and flavour.
• Laundry Service: Beyond the misrepresentation, my laundry was smelly, creased, and missing part of my clothes.
• Noise Insulation: Extremely poor, making sleep difficult due to disturbances.
• Safety & Comfort: I experienced unsettling noises at night and even the smell of smoke, making my stay uncomfortable and unsafe.
For a Mercure-branded hotel under Accor, I expected much better.
