Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be charged at RM5 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025 onwards.

For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM10 per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.

Günstiges etwas abgewohntes Hotel in ruhiger Lage.
Pros:

Günstiges Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Riesiger Pool. Saubere große Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt zwar am Meer, hat aber nicht wirklich einen eigenen Strand da das Wasser dort sehr verschmutzt Ist. Und man dort nicht baden kann. Der sehr schöne Pool ist leider von einer schwarzen Asphaltdecke umgehen, die sich bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr stark aufheizt. Es sind nur sehr wenige Sonnenschirme und Liegen vorhanden. Die Liegen sind sehr alt und unbequem und es sind auch keine Auflagen vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist mehr für asiatische Gäste ausgelegt.

Очень большой, просторный номер, удобная кровать, близко к аэропорту (5 минут на машине), большой бассейн, симпатичный вид на море. Если планируете провести 1-2 ночи, то нормально. Мы ночевали всего 1 ночь, для нас отель был как перевалочный хаб. Цена-качество, думаю, скорее соответствует.

Cons:

Скудный выбор еды на завтраке, но если завтракаете не плотно, то будет достаточно. Были не очень чисто помыты полы, местами лежали волосы других людей.

Pros:

Though the Villa we booked having enough space for eight adult but it looked like a old one with lack of maintenance. Quite far from gate. A shallow creek is in front makes the dwelling little bit more pleasent. Breakfast is very good.

Cons:

Maintenance is inadequate, the villa itself is an old one, kitchenette is inadequate if you think of cooking, for warming up foods it's OK, no daily housekeeping, every time you have to call for essential service /item as it's far from main block, we ordered food once & never asked again, location is near to the airport but 30 minutes drive away from city. Without renting a car it could be a pain. Overall to my idea booking of the villa is not a good deal, it's unnecessarily expensive/overrated, not value for money, we made a bad deal.

excellent breakfast choice. I can’t fault this hotel
Pros:

Although away from the town, we very much enjoyed the tranquility of this hotel. All The staff we friendly and helpful, even booked trips for us at reasonable prices. The swimming pool is just amazing and often we had it to ourselves. Please pass on our thanks to all the staff for making our last 10 days in Langkawi so memorable. Sorry to be say goodbye

Pros:

Gone glorie in terms of maintenance, but the staff is friendly, the room was big and clean and the hotel is close to the airport which is convenient after a long trip

Uncomfortable, especially during the breakfast time

Cons:

The breakfast staff, particularly the person preparing omelettes( female staff), showed a complete lack of professionalism. Guests waiting in the queue were ignored, and service appeared to be based on personal preference rather than order. A guest cut the line ahead of me and was served without hesitation. When I raised an objection, there was no apology—only a blank, indifferent response.

Following this, a staff member of small stature( female staff) approached me and asked for my room number, as if I had committed some wrongdoing by voicing a concern. Notably, she did not ask any other guest for their room number. The same staff member continued to closely observe or follow me during breakfast for the next two days, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate.

Overall, the behavior of the staff was highly unprofessional and not at all reflective of the standards expected from a four-star property or the hospitality industry

Quiet, peaceful, food with friendly reception staffs with flowers decorated on our honeymoon trip !

Overall had fantastic time in Langkawi...hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Location is fine for me. Close to airport and central to major tourist attractions.

Cons:

Only set back I found was the breakfast offering. Very limited low quality and poorly prepared food selections. Sorry to say but it is the worse breakfast I have experienced so far.
Generally the whole hotel looks outdated and tired with bit of minor refurbishment and TLC the first impression can be improved.
