Very bad stay...very uncomfortable stay...expectations were not met

Cons:

Very dirty swimming pool....parking space is not safe & very small....free breakfast is not good ...very expensive food...the room is not worthy for the price...the hotel features onlinr are totally different from the actual features of the property

Stay away Resort
Pros:

Good food

Cons:

Their beach was filthy. The floating island which was a selling point had been down for months, needs replacing. Kids were overwhelmed it wasn't gone. They provide I'm sorry will do better. They've been saying this for months in people's reviews for the same issues. No resolve!!!

Pros:

The location and the friendly staff. The restaurant/bar are really nice and the food was very good

Cons:

The shower and water supply to the bathroom, shouldn't take 30mins for the toilet system to refill.
When sitting on the beach side, have to put up with people trying to sell you stuff, I realize they need to make a living, but they needed understand once you say no, don't just stand there poking the stuff in your face

It was a very nice week.

Excellent restaurant and staff

Cons:

The beach wasn.t really usable. Would have been nicer with lounge chairs and umbrellas to lay down on the beach rather than just chairs.

Front beach,foods and the staff are friendly

Cons:

So many mosquitoes and coaches, my son got so many bites from mosquitoes and he got sick as well.. place is old and need to remodel specially they are on the tourist spots! That would be nice if they upgrade their TV and WiFi! Can’t even watch tv or use my phone using their WiFi..

Cons:

I booked 2 family room. 1 ac is not working and the other room there’s a lot of cockroaches. We have video and we showed it to the front desk and the only thing they said is that its common.
