Gutes Angebot für wenig Geld
Pros:

Das Hotel ist relativ günstig an einer Ausfallstraße gelegen. Man wird für wenig Geld in die Stadt gefahren (Tricycle ca. 30 Pesos).
Das Hotel ist übersichtlich, klein und persönlich. Das Frühstück im Obergeschoss ist gut, zumal im Preis enthalten. Im Dachgeschoss befindet sich ein kleiner Pool.
Wir haben Dumaguete nur als Zwischenstation zwischen Flug von Manila und Fähre nach Sequijor für einen Tag genutzt. Der baywalk ist aber unbedingt zu empfehlen und steht demjenigen in Puerto Princesa in nichts nach.

Cons:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden: Das Hotel ist zwar einfach, aber es ist alles da.

Convenient for Sulliman University and most of town. Tricycles pass by. Friendly and helpful staff. Aircon was very efficient. Hot water was good.

Fine for a one night stay.
Pros:

The beds very were comfortable, and the cleaness of the rooms was just fine.

Cons:

The location of the hotels is a bit off the center. The room smelled a bit "stuffy", and old. Eventhough the room was clean.
For this price i would have expected more.
