Mixed blessings
Pros:

Very pleasant staff. Problem with door keys. Hotels.com admin staff online very unhelpful when payment choice changed. Remained refusal to help and caused me many problems and time wasted. Hotels.com should remember customer service more important than rules.

Pros:

The best thing I can say about it is that the room was relatively clean.

None of the bathroom fixtures worked quite right. The bed frames were infested with termites.
But we didn’t see any other bugs or any other vermin.

The area that it’s in and the maintenance of the exterior was well below par.

I cannot recommend.
