Wir waren 4 Nächte im SIRO One Hotel und finden es alles in allem echt Top.
Einzig 2 eher größere Kritikpunkte habe ich:
1. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem der 2 Türme, der Rest ist mit einem anderen Hotel, Restaurants, Büros und Wohnungen belegt, dadurch ergibt sich ein furchtbares Durcheinander mit den Aufzügen zu den einzelnen Locations.
Man benötigt gut 2-3 Tage um halbwegs damit klar zu kommen und zu finden was man sucht, das ist wirklich super nervig.

2. Der Grosse Pool der stark beworben ist, ist nur in der Zeit von 06:00-10:00 geöffnet, danach ist er kostenpflichtig, das war mir vorher so nicht klar.

Deshalb alles in allem auch nur 4 Sterne.

The real problem with this place is the lift system. It is maddening. There are four separate elevator systems. The main one has just one lift. Why? The others have four. From the main “lift" you must cross to another area to get another lift to your room. If you want to go to breakfast, you need to take three different lift systems… I can’t believe that one architect is to blame. A mess-up on this scale can only be made by consortium.

I have stayed at this property prior however this was the first time I experienced a very disappointing level of service. So disappointing that we decided to move our reservation to their partner hotel One Za’abeel on site for a more premium guest experience. The property was extremely quiet and pool service very slow unlike previous times. I really hope this hotel wasn’t only great when it first opened and now it has dropped off its service as that will be extremely upsetting.
