all is good except for access with car or taxi

Hotel smell so good. Amazing staff: shout out to the kitchen staff, pool staff and security. They are amazing. We had a big apartment with everything that we need. The only thing is there’s construction next to the restaurant area so if you wanna eat outside there’s a lot of noise, but if you’re eating inside you can’t hear them. We took half board in the restaurant and it was the best decision ever: buffet breakfast was really good and evenings also and we never find it cluttered, there’s always 4 or 5 tables available to seat. Another think that we like is, We didn’t have to think about where we are gonna eat since we had a lot of visits planned.

The hotel reception promised to prepare our breakfast take away at 5:30 in the morning because its restaurant only opened for breakfast from 6:30. As we already prepaid our breakfast, the hotel rejected to refund our breakfast and insisted to prepare takeaway for us. However, the breakfast was not ready at 5:30am. The hotel reception repeated saying our breakfast was on the way. We ended up leaving the hotel for the airport after 5:30 in the morning without breakfast. The hotel rejected my refund request.

Really good place

house keeping service is not up to mark
guest services also needs long improvement
no body answers call at all
it take several attempts
toiletries are not filled and need to ask and wait
they say parking is free but need to validate everyday - waste of time

Lights kept shutting off except for the living room. Called to complain about it. Waited 1.5 hours no one came. Went down to the lobby to complain in person. Came back up to the room and the lights were working again. But then they shut off 30
Minutes later. And yes the jet card was in the slot. Did not realize the room was decorated in pink before checking in. Personal thing about pink colors. I just don’t like it. Location was strange and not a good area during the summer months. Nothing around too hot to walk and awkward to get an uber from the hotel. Staff was pleasant but I just didn’t feel comfortable in the hotel or my room. In fact when the lights went out a second I just left and went to a different hotel. Probably a great hotel for families but not for me.

This hotel is definitely worth the stay…from the pleasant staff to the very comfortable rooms…I would definitely stay here again, my stay was very pleasant….my only hiccup is that it’s wasn’t easy for uber to find the pickup location because this hotel is connected to another hotel and the pickup is in the very confusing basement

The suite was spacious and had a full kitchen and washer and dryer

However the cleanliness was not the best and the services was okay for Dubai not the best

Beautiful hotel , very clean, very helpful and nice staff , huge space with kitchen and washer , breakfast is amazing with too many options and nice views
Enjoyed the stay , definitely will come back

War ganz ok, die Lage nicht wahnsinnig toll, Eingang zum Hilton nur über Tiefgarage oder Spaziergang in der Hitze möglich. Baustelle rundum im Moment.
Nähe zum Flughafen ist gut. Personal sehr nett & hilfsbereit! Sauberkeit im Zimmer liess zu Wünschen übrig (haare etc).

I really enjoyed staying at this property especially because I was upgraded to a suite and it was absolutely fabulous. Additionally the restaurant and spa services were excellent.

Nice and spacious room with balcony and creek view. Good location by the creek. However, I cannot recommed to anyone who is not arriving by own car. Taxis, Uber and Kareem cannot find the lobby that is succesfully hidden in basement 3.

Vi bestilte en 2 værelses med creek-view og terrasse og det var en fantastisk rummelig lejlighed med stor terrasse ligeud til vandet med Burj-udsigt og solnedgang. Personalet var meget serviceminded og venlige - alt spiller på hotellet, der ligger godt i forhold til udflugter, metrostation, indkøbscenter og lufthavn (DBX). VI rejste derfra midt om natten og receptionen forsynede os med en vellavet morgenmad til at tage med i lufthavnen/flyet. Vi vil benytte hotellet igen.

The apartments were really big, clean and modern. The staff was so friendly and amazing, really made our stay great
