This hotel is definitely 5 star, the room was beautifully decorated and spacious and most importantly clean, the service was amazing from front desk, kitchen staff to housekeeping all 5 star service. The area was nice and quiet as well, if you want to be near downtown Dubai but not stay in the hustle bustle, then this place is nice and peaceful, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Poor service we waited for 30 minutes to get our luggage and there was no complimentary drinking water in room . We called them to provide us with water

Pros:

Sharar at reception was excellent check in and very polite and excellent customer service
Good range of breakfast but you have to ask for hot drinks three to four times before you get or food comes quicker than the hot drinks
The lobby guy was very rude which I complained, Akhili who was in lobby was excellent but not his colleague in morning he was more interested in serving better service to other guests than an Indian
Pool seems a bit small

Overall second thoughts of staying there again
