The property is located in a prime area which is closer to a lot of restaurants and they also have a free shuttle to the Dubai mall.

The room and service is good. But the washroom is so small and with limited space
Everything is great except what I shared earlier
Room temperature wasn’t cool enough despite the AC. Room lights were not bright enough. It gave me hard time putting on my dress and wear make up cuz it was dim. Other than that everything was good and service is excellent.

Overall, the hotel itself is very nice—you can tell it's a newer property. It's beautifully decorated and has a fresh, modern feel. The standout feature for me was the staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A special shoutout to **Rudmi**, who was absolutely amazing, and **Adriaan**, who was also wonderful. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality from every staff member I interacted with.
The room was a good size and comfortable, but I was disappointed with the bathroom setup. It seemed like this part of the design was overlooked. The door was awkwardly placed, and I found myself bumping into it often, even though I was traveling alone. There wasn't enough shelving for personal items, and the bathtub sat unusually high, which I found inconvenient.
Location-wise, the hotel wasn’t ideal for me. You definitely need transportation to get anywhere, as there’s not much within walking distance. Fortunately, the hotel does offer a shuttle with a limited schedule, which worked out during my stay—I was able to get to the mall and take the metro from there to explore the city.
Overall, my stay was pleasant thanks to the wonderful staff and clean, well-maintained property. However, due to the bathroom design and location, I don’t think I’d choose to stay here again.
Great time
1. Very SLOW check in (I told receptionist I had 15 hours flight), 2. even with 2 concierges you can’t get any help, they only talk … useless. 3. I was late for a booked Tour and therefore lost money only because the beach shuttle did not arrive on schedule (2:10 pm) but was 25 minutes late.
