It was really good, and I recommend it 10/10 for everyone.
Pros:

The host was very lovely and treated us with love! He is one of the best we have met in Morocco! The Riad is very beautiful,I have booked 4 riads in my total trip and this is the most beautiful. We had pick up and drop arranged by the host, he even gave me traditional outfits for us to try and take pictures which was lovely gesture! And their roof top view is awesome. You can enjoy a nice evening on the roof.

Pros:

L'atenció del propietari. Tot i que no ens enteniem amb l'idioma, va fer tot el possible per acollir-nos. A més, molt net i molt bona ubicació. I molt bon preu!

Cons:

A vegades el wifi i l'aigua calenta (crec que al coincidir amb altres aixetes) eren una mica intermitents. Però res greu! Súper allotjament! El transport a l'aeroport molt bé, però una mica car, potser val més la pena regatejar als taxis de la ciutat.

Emplacement pas très loin de la médina, calme et apaisant avec toit terrasse agréable.
Parking payant à 5 min à pied, 40 DH pour 24h

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au riad Fahim et reviendrons avec plaisir !
Pros:

Le riad Fahim est très agréable et authentique.
Nous avons eu la chambre familiale, bien adaptée à une famille de 4.
Le riad est idéalement situé juste à côté du cœur de la médina tout en étant dans un endroit calme (Bab Guissa), la gare routière Bab Boujloud (station taxi) est à quelques minutes à pied.
Monsieur Fahim (Abdelmalik) est adorable, discret, attentionné et toujours disponible.
Les petits déjeuners maison sont délicieux et très copieux avec un thé excellent.
Le toit terrasse, duquel on peut profiter à tout moment, est magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur la médina et le Borj Nord.
Le service de transfert jusqu’à l’aéroport s’est parfaitement passé.
Thé et pâtisseries de bienvenue.
Merci Monsieur Fahim pour la semaine passée dans votre riad, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Recommended for those on a budget, but expect some shortcomings
Pros:

The best things about this hotel were the very kind and accommodating host, Abdelmalik, and the rooftop terrace, which has superb views of Fes. Easy to access from Bab Guissa. A good base from which to explore Fes medina.

Cons:

With a room as affordable as this, perhaps some compromises are to be expected. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly, and it did not smell good. Breakfast was plentiful but not as good as other hotels we stayed at in Morocco (cold fried egg was unusual and not to our taste). Room faced the street and was noisy at night.

Meilleur riad de Fès
Pros:

L'hôte Abdoulmalek était très gentil et très accueillant! Nous avons apprécié son sens de l'hospitalité et avons tissé des liens avec lui lors du thé qu'il nous a invité à prendre dès notre arrivée au riad. Je vous recommande le petit déjeuner au riad, qui était traditionnel marocain et délicieux. Le riad est très beau et bien orné, avec terasse sur le toît, et l'endroit est paisible tout en étant près des places centrales de la médina. Merci pour tout! Bonne continuation!

Pros:

Merci à la famille Fahym pour leur accueil très chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et notre hôte toujours prêt à nous aider pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Le riad est dans un quartier calme tout prêt de l'artère principale du souk. L'architecture traditionnelle de la maison est très appréciable. Notre hôte s'est montré souple quant à notre heure d'arrivée et de départ et a organisé notre transfert depuis et vers l'aéroport.Je recommande et reviendrai avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour.

Pros:

Estuve dos días en el riad de Famille Fahym y, desde el primer momento, supe que había acertado.

La bienvenida fue inmejorable, con té de menta y dulces marroquíes que me hicieron sentir como en casa.

Aunque la comunicación no fue fácil ( no hablaba francés y él no dominaba el inglés), conseguimos entendernos perfectamente. Gracias a eso, incluso aprendí algunas expresiones en marroquí. Shukran!

Además, se ofrecieron a ayudarme con el traslado al aeropuerto, lo cual se agradece mucho.

Sin duda, cuando vuelva a Fez, repetiré en este riad.

Superbe
Pros:

La situation dans la médina et surtout la gentillesse et le dévouement des propriétaires.
Le petit déjeuner était plus qu’excellent et très copieux.
Le Riad est en travaux mais cela ne gêne en rien, pas de bruit.

He always wants to help even at the detriment of himself and the ethics of the hotel.

Good hotel & good management for its price

Cons:

No African food. Only western breakfast. But I was allowed to use the kitchen to prepare my needs.

Pros:

Stanza dotata di tutto il necessario e Fahim è una persona veramente molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha preparato una colazione eccezionale. Consiglio assolutamente. Mi dispiace di aver fatto solo una notte, sarei rimasta volentieri di più.

Cons:

L'aria condizionata purtroppo non buttava fuori aria calda ma la stanza comunque era abbastanza calda nonostante fosse Dicembre.
