Der Pool mit seiner spektakulären Aussicht auf der Dachterrasse ist super gewesen

Cons:

Dass die Lobby im zehnten Stock ist fand ich nicht so toll wobei das Rest. im zehnten Stock eine unglaubliche Aussicht aufwies und das Personal sehr sehr hilfsbereit war und ist ich bin das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel und kann eigentlich nur Gutes berichten

A wonderful Stay in Colombo
Pros:

Our experience at Sofia Colombo was awesome.The check in was smooth. Loved the ambiance and attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious! .The room was spotless and comfortable. The stay was pleasant overall. A wonderful experience—quiet, relaxing, and perfectly maintained. Location is close to everything you can take a tuk tuk in front of the hotel to go
to shopping centre. Next to the hotel about 5min walk is a mini supermarket.

After 1 hour we check out ,We found we had lost some food with good packaging in the room , and then call back to the front desk , they promised that they will follow up and just call back in 10 minutes , but when I call back it was another person who picked the phone call , and I have to explain all things again and she promised again will follow up . Until I called again , they told me the stuff has been cleaned out and can not find it anymore ,it's really an unpleasant experience to stay here .

Nice city view
Pros:

I liked that the lobby is on the 10th floor and from there it is possible to see beautiful views of the ocean and Kolombo city. It is a good strategy to introduce the perks of the hotel.
Also, I like that the hotel is eco friendly. It uses glass bottles for water in the room, instead of plastic ones. They also can refill it easily.
The staff is so friendly. Overall, a nice hotel with great scenery.

Cons:

I think the dining options for the buffet are a bit limited for the price you pay. Not a lot of salad options to choose from, too many non-veg dishes and not enough seafood ones. The food overall was tasty. I liked their soups. Considering the price of the room that one pays for and with excellent city view, the dinning options could have more variety.
