Pros:

Nice rooms.

Cons:

The whole breakfast situation. The food wasn’t great. The chef was pretty useless. The staff came chasing after us to the room to pay for breakfast. Please work out a better system.

Cons:

Erst nach Bezahlung haben sie uns gesagt, dass wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen.
Neben dem Bett hatte es bereits einen grossen Fleck im Teppich, den wir gereinigt haben wollten. Es wurde uns weder bescheid gegeben, dass sie es gemacht oder versucht haben. Für alle Angelegenheiten haben wir von keinem eine Entschuldigung gehört, sehr schwach.

Pros:

La piscine en rooftop est incroyable avec une vue sur la ville et l'océan.
Elle est immense et semble chauffée en plus.
Le petit déjeuner avec un choix énorme était très bien aussi.
Mis à part notre soucis á l'arrivée tout était très bien.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé via booking pour 2 adultes et un enfant. A notre arrivée à l'hôtel nous avons attendu déjà un moment pour avoir notre chambre.
Au moment ensuite de découvrir la chambre nous découvrons avec stupéfaction qu'il n'y a qu'un lit 2 places.
Retour à la réception ou l'on nous faire comprendre que c'est comme ça... Nous voyageons depuis longtemps à 3 nous n'avions jamais eu ce problème auparavant.
La solution proposée par l'hôtel était soit de prendre une chambre en plus soit de prendre une suite mais moyennement paiement supplémentaire !
Après 2h de négociation interminable nous avons finalement obtenu qu'ils ajoutent un matela au sol pour notre fils dans une chambre handicapé car dans les chambres standard ça ne passe pas.
L'attente et la négociation a été longue et pénible.
Je n'ai pas trouvé que l'équipe de l'hôtel était très enclin à nous proposer une solution même si au final cela s'est bien terminé

Lovely City Centre Hotel
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and very clean, the Management and staff are really helpful and friendly, Dilip, our room attendant, is so attentive and kind. Pool area is good and you can order food and drink easily. The restaurant food is of a very high standard and is good value with plenty of choice.

Cons:

We have no complaints about this hotel and can't fault it any way.
