Pros:

I liked everything about the hotel. Starting from the receptionist she was so friendly & charming and I requested her for a room with a beautiful view and she made sure she did it perfectly . The location is good , the food , the room everything was perfect

Clean value for money
Pros:

Bulletproof soundproofing on the rooms. Clean and very high standard compared to most other hotels I’ve been to in Sri Lanka. Feeling compares to Europe but at a much cheaper price. I needed to feel as in my own place and i didn’t hear any neighbours or noise from people other than the completely understandable few hallway sounds

Cons:

Very costly laundry and they claim to care so much about the environment but give your laundry back in a huge unecessecary plastic wrap. But these are minor things compared to the plus side

Tolles Hotel mit langem Infinitypool
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer mit Panoramablick, tolles Bad mit Dusche u. Warmwasser!, was nicht selbstverständlich ist, nettes u. hilfsbereites Personal, toller Pool, gutes Essen im Restaurant.

I enjoyed everyday and will always come back to Sofia when I am in Sri Lanka.
Pros:

The best thing about the property is its staff. I have to say that they are exceptional and have made me feel like home. I want to thank each and every staff member at Sofia for such an outstanding service. From the staff in the ground floor Mahesh and the lady and the other members, reception staff including Dinithi, restaurant staff Janaka, Jasim and the rest and I a special thanks goes out to Dunal, Charitha, Kaushalya who always keeps my room tidy and clean. It’s because of them I have kept on extending my stay at Sofia. Keep up your good work and best of luck!
