Very welcoming and cosy hotel. A bit more diversity when it comes to food would be great

Everything was clean and well kept. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and made me feel cared for.

Cons:

The buffet options were a bit limited, and they don’t offer buffets for lunch and dinner if there aren’t enough guests in the hotel. I understand that very well, I just wish I didn’t have to always pick from the ala carte menu.

Pros:

I liked the view of the ocean, and the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great

Cons:

I totally didn't like the breakfast at all ,it was very poor and non organised and i didn't like the service .

I requested a smooking room ,however, the smooking room is without a window or sufficient extract fan for the smoke, and this was uncomfortable for me, but for non-smokers, i guess the room would be great

I didn't like that the reception was located on the roof floor .During checkout, i had to take my luggage to the roof floor and then go to the ground floor

Pros:

Central location, friendly staff and very good value for money.

Cons:

Wouldn’t suggest the breakfast for the price they are charging. The nugget option is small and limited in comparison to other hotels in Colombo and the price is dear. Some of the food is cold too.
