Pros:

Absolutely avoid. Expedia should even consider removing this listing. Here are the reasons:

- unlike a hotel the acco is not automatically confirmed. They have to write to you with checkin instructions. I didn’t get mine till I called Expedia and asked them chase these guys. This was as I was flying out to Dubai.
- The unit itself is a decent sized 1 BHK. Noisy from the road traffic.
- AC does not work. Was cooler outside than inside the house. Was like a sauna. They said someone will come for servicing the AC and I should be at the property to let them in. Can’t expect guests to be house sitting for service folks on a 3 day trip.
- Cockroaches in the bathrooms.
- Towels were bad. Low quality lint peeling off and not able to dry down after a shower.
- Absolutely no communication from the managers. Even on checkout not even a - was it ok? Messaging.
- Neighbourhood is boring as hell. That’s not a management issue but avoid Business Bay. A 3 min road travel is 50 min walk (just the way the roads and access is built). Nothing fun or exciting in walking distance.

Overall Art XV is an absolute disaster and best avoided.
