Good location, nice designs and good concept

Cons:

Service needs improvement, in restaurants and at the pool and beach. Was very slow service at the beach and no attendants mainly, most of the stuff in restaurants were slow. Also hotel needs some attention to details, as blankets, hand sanitizers at restaurants or wet napkins.

Pros:

Service , cleanness are excellent, breakfast service is top notch.

Cons:

Small minor things in the room like leaking faucet in the bathroom, stains in the bathroom wall and cracked bathroom sink but in the big picture I will give 5 stars for everything else.

Une bulle de bien être et de détente .
Pros:

Cet hôtel est parfait .
Tout est grandiose et d’une qualité irréprochable.
Que ça soit les infrastructures( spa , salle de sport…)les chambres , le service , le personnel , la piscine immense et chauffée , les terrasses .
L’environnement est merveilleux . Accès privé à la plage , transat à disposition.
Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et les attentions sont merveilleuses.
