Todo perfecto . Sólo un detalle. Los extintores no pueden estar cubiertos con una funda. Pasillos sin señalitica - de incendios.
También la seguridad de los pintores que estaban en la pérgola de arriba. Sin seguridad. Super Peligroso.

I had high expectations for The St. Regis Tamuda Bay, but unfortunately my experience did not meet the standards expected from a luxury hotel.

One of the most concerning incidents was that a male floor manager entered the private women’s hammam area. This was highly inappropriate and made the experience very uncomfortable, especially considering guests expect complete privacy in such facilities.

In our room, one of the curtains fell off the rail. We reported the issue twice, but it was only repaired after our third request. For a hotel of this caliber, maintenance issues should be addressed much more promptly.

Service was also inconsistent. Something as simple as getting ice cubes with a glass of water seemed surprisingly difficult, and almost every time we ordered food, part of the order was missing or incorrect.

What disappointed me the most was the way our complaints were handled. After raising these issues, we received no follow-up, no explanation, and not even a simple apology. At a St. Regis, I would expect management to take guest feedback seriously, communicate with guests, and proactively resolve problems.

The property itself is beautiful and has great potential, but the service, attention to detail, and guest care fall well below the level expected from a five-star luxury brand. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues, as the hotel deserves to live up to the St. Regis name.

Pros:

La tranquilidad, es un sitio ideal para desconectar, está esta es mi tercera vez y seguiré volviendo para encontrar esa paz y tranquilidad que hace tanta falta.
Realizar una mención muy especial al personal desde el Director General hasta el último de los empleados son personas muy profesionales y atentas procurando que tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible.

Хочу быть объективным, эту обратную связь я говорил менеджерам ресторанов и сотрудникам на ресепшене.
В отеле отсутствует системная работа над сервисом. И к сожалению - он по международным стандартам не работаем на 5*

1. При наличии 6 человек на ресепшн, работает 2 компьютера и процесс заселения/выселения может занимать от 30минут до часа
2. В основном ресторане на протяжении 3х дней не было больше половины меню (не было рыбы , морепродуктов, баранины и т д). Я попросил менеджера, но все его объяснение и желание помочь свелось к фразе: у нас были праздники, все закончилось.
3. На завтраке тарелки не убирают, официанты проходят мимо , принять заказ при пустом зале занимает 10-20минут, а в первый день нам даже меню для заказа не принесли.
4. Непонятна работа менеджеров, которые находятся на территории, но не контролируют работу персонала и выполнения международных стандартов
5. У бассейна на пустых шезлонгах лежат использованные полотенца, стаканы, бутылки - никто это не убирает часами

Good Stay
Pros:

The rooms were luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The interior design was elegant, and the facilities were excellent. The hotel was spotless, and the level of cleanliness throughout the property was impressive.
