Comfy and super clean
Pros:

The studio was really comfortable and I just felt at home. Lots of cafe and restaurants around, clinic, bank

Cons:

There's no taxi around but it's close by to busy streets. I regret I couldn't spend more time as the weekend was very busy and the property sold out

It could be better, as the apartement was comfortable and big.

The staff was helpful and kind, although communication in English could be improved.

Cons:

My stay would have been much better if there hadn't been unexpected noise from a gathering/celebration on the 2nd day of my stay. They were laughing and singing until 2:00 am. The next day, I presented at an international congress, and I had inadequate sleep.

El apartamento, de entrada, daba una impresión fantástica. Pero al fijarte un poco más, empezabas a ver polvo por todas partes: la lámpara de cristal del comedor, la cocina, las habitaciones e incluso las perchas del armario.
Lo que terminó resultando más incómodo fue tener que pedir cada día que repusieran el champú y el gel de ducha, algo básico que debería estar previsto sin necesidad de pedirlo constantemente.

Le lieu est présenté comme un appart-hôtel, ce qui est trompeur. Il s’agit en réalité de simples appartements, sans les services attendus d’un hôtel. Par exemple, le ménage est facturé en supplément, alors que cela devrait être inclus dans ce type d’établissement.

L’expérience globale a été décevante pour plusieurs raisons :
• Plusieurs équipements ne fonctionnaient pas correctement (télévision hors service, absence de chauffage dans certaines chambres). Ce qui est dramatique quand on est en famille.
• Certains équipements étaient inutilisables ou dangereux (fer à repasser qui abîme les vêtements, cafetière qui fuit).
• Le matériel de cuisine était incomplet ou en mauvais état (bouilloire très encrassée, marmite sans couvercle utilisable).
• Aucun vrai service sur place : pas de réception digne de ce nom, et beaucoup de perte de temps pour des questions de paiement, taxes ou vérifications déjà effectuées.

De plus, les photos sont très éloignées de la réalité. Les appartements paraissent décorés, lumineux et chaleureux en ligne, alors qu’en réalité ils sont assez vides, peu décorés, et moins accueillants.

En résumé, le lieu est acceptable uniquement pour dormir, mais ne correspond pas aux attentes créées par l’annonce.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Saubere Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Viel Platz in der Wohnung! Ein paar wenige Details schon etwas abgewohnt aber trotzdem sehr gute Unterkunft! Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich!

Leider etwas hellhörig. Waren während des Beginns des Ramadans im Hotel. Fröhliche Fastenbrecher hatten bis frühmorgens hörbar Spaß! Kann das Hotel natürlich Nichts dafür, war aber trotzdem störend…
