Washing of the plates for breakfast should be improved, some of them were not properly washed,
2 small shower gels for 4 night stay are not enough, would be nice to supply at least 1 per day

I will not recommend this hotel to my friends anymore.
Cons:

Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work on the first day, and the room rate—which had already been paid at the time of booking—was raised from €167 to €175 due to an €8 overnight tax. Regrettably, the price increased again to €187 upon check-out. This pricing structure is very confusing for the guest and, in my experience, unusual.

Wir brauchten kurzfristig ein Hotel in Kenitra und haben dieses über Booking gefunden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gutes Frühstück und sauberes Zimmer, vielen Dank!
