Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room size and facilities were great. It was super clean.

Cons:

The location was just next to a mosque and a bit far from all the major attractions and the neighborhood was okay. The breakfast was good but not fabulous as it's mentioned in the booking.com

Die Dame an der Rezeption war freundlich, die anderen nicht so

Meine Terrassentür konnte man nicht verschließen.
An der Decke waren große Schimmelflecken, und der Putz teilweise abgeblättert.

Really wonderful staff!
Pros:

Soukaina and Zahira we're very exceptional and kind and caring. Really the best reception staff on Earth. Everyone in the hotel was truly exceptional. It was an amazing stay. Great value! Great location. I cannot say enough good things about displays and everyone there

Nous ne pouvons pas juger pour une nuit mais j'ai apprécié la propreté de la chambre.

Cons:

Déception par rapport au SPA, lors de la confirmation de la réservation j'ai pris un RDV au SPA de l hôtel, mais après ils m'ont dit qu'il ne marche pas à cause d un problème technique !!!

Horrible, à Fuir!!!
Cons:

Nuisances et l'état de la chambre m'ont empêchée de dormir pendant deux nuits complètes. Petit-déjeuner de très mauvaise qualité. Un comportement agressif d'une employé e responsable suite à mes remarques légitimes.

Hotel ne merite pas 4 étoiles.
Chambre et mobilier vetuste - tableau manque de goût- petit déjeuner tres tres moyen
Et pour couronner le tout mes deux valises fermées avec un code ( habitue car voyage souvent) ont été ouverte en soulevant les deux éléments ( cassé une neuve) qui permetant de fermer la valise ( j'avais laissé le clé de la chambre à la réception pour le nettoyage).
Absent le Samedi toute la journée et a Rabat le dimanche pour la finale.
