Cons:

- Bruit insupportable depuis la salle de bain dès que quelqu’un ouvre un robinet depuis une autre chambre.
- la climatisation qui s’allume depuis la réception et c’est connecté avec toutes les chambres. On a du appeler à plusieurs reprises pour l’éteindre à 1h du matin.
- douche qui fonctionne mal

Venu juste pour une nuit ...des non arriver j'ai était accueilli très chaleureusement un personnel très souriant professionnel et aux petits soins.
L'hôtel est très agréable propre et confortable idéal pour ce détendre ...je recommande vivement cette établissement .

Cons:

There was a problem with the AC the shower was not working well and i was asked to pay additional charges which i could understand for what reason, it was around 86DH more or less as i've been using booking.com for a long time this is the first time I've been asked to pay anything extra out of the price that reflect on booking.com

Eine komplette Enttäuschung
Pros:

Ich war nur für fünf Stunden in dem Hotel, da ich wegen eines Anschlussfluges einen kurzen Zwischenstopp einlegen und mich etwas ausruhen wollte. Das Hotel ist eigentlich schön eingerichtet, und eine Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war relativ freundlich.

Cons:

Der „Hotelmanager“ war inkompetent, arrogant und unfreundlich – vollkommen fehlbesetzt in dieser Position. Ich bin seit 20 Jahren selbst in der Hotellerie, und aus meiner Sicht wäre dieser Mitarbeiter höchstens für das Back Office geeignet, jedoch in keinem Fall für den direkten Gästekontakt.

Offenbar wurde ihm sein unangemessenes Auftreten später selbst bewusst, denn er bot mir einen kostenlosen Saunabesuch an, den ich jedoch abgelehnt habe.

Im Badezimmer herrschten zudem gesundheitsgefährdende Zustände: Etwa 50 × 50 cm große Schimmelflecken mit deutlich sichtbarem Schimmelschaum. Das ist erstens extrem abstoßend und zweitens eindeutig gesundheitsschädlich.
