Efficient stay but accomodation missing comfyness
Pros:

Front desk personnel was great
Breakfast was good to great all in all
spotlessly clean

Cons:

Shower tap only has hot watter (it must be wrongly fixed to the pipes) : Impossible to shower in one go. This is a tremendous mistake by the plumber because now that the shower is tiled how would you repair this. How did the contractor even accept this !! What a waist what mistake a tap from Calor or a some good brand totally waisted by an unxperienced plumber and totally missed by a non precise acceptance process.

as well I did not like that the black out curtains are fixed far from the window (again installation problem) : hence you can't get any darkness after dawn and even before because of the street lights.

As well the pillows (since it's a hilton sub-brand) are not supplied in duos (firm and soft) you get two soft pillows : again that must be a lack of training of the housekeeping or a total missing from the managment of hotel if there aint any pillow choice at the warehouse.

Cons:

The hotel’s website give a misleading information about the pool. My family accompanied me because of the pool that was (and seems to be for long time) out of service. It’s not honest.

Bien agréable dans l'ensemble.
Pros:

Le service était super agréable. L'hôtel vraiment confortable. L'équipe nous a accordé un "late check out". Nous avons pu avoir un taxi pour repartir.

Cons:

L'emplacement de la piscine dans le bâtiment des appartements n'a pas été expliqué correctement. Et nous l'avons trouvé à la dernière minute avant de partir. Nous avons été malade après avoir mangé au restaurant le soir. Nous nous demandons s'il y a un lien.
