Great hotel, amazing staff.
Pros:

Great location, amazing staff, good food

Cons:

First room was a duplex and the air conditioning did not make its way down to the bottom floor but the hotel moved us very quickly. Food service could be a bit slow.

Gorgeous little hotel on the beach front
Pros:

Gorgeous little hotel on the beach front.
We had a mixture of sea view & inside garden rooms - Both really nice.
We had a delicious meal one night.
Staff were super friendly & helpful.
We had 2 birthdays in our family whilst we were there & they decorated the beds & made a homemade complementary birthday cake which was delicious- Such a nice touch !

L'hotel è proprio sulla spiaggia, la struttura è un po' datata ma il cibo è buono, il personale cordiale e preparato.

Cons:

La piscina era un pochino sporca per i miei gusti. E la struttura andrebbe rinnovata secondo il mio parere. Ma nel complesso non è una struttura con mancanze.

Highly Recommended
Pros:

Beautiful place with a very friendly and welcoming team. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is great, and the sea view room was amazing. Everyone working there, including the owner, was kind and helpful.

The GM should not be allowed to intercat with the guests. She thinks she is superior to even a paid guesy.
Pros:

The Junior staff was exceptional and very forthcoming !

Cons:

There was an incident where without us requesting our room was entered by house keeping staff and when we complained the General Manager was adamant that it was not wrong to do so and they dont need the consent of the guest before entering the room and she was boasting about her 21 years experience as an accountant at Citrus Hikkaduwa. That we were wrong to protest against staff entering our room in our absence even without us requesting for room to be made up. We had a lot of valuables and we got paranoid when we got to know someone had entered our rooms in our absence and without defusing the situation the arrogant GM went on about her experience. Just out of curiosity we went to Citrus where she had worked before to ask if they had a policy to enter guest room without permission and they insisted it wasnt the case. Their policy if entering even with permission, they would have 3 people to ensure safety standards are in place.
So all the niceness of the hotel was quickly thrown down the drain by the GM

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und hat eine gute Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Es war alles super, würden sofort wieder kommen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat uns nicht sehr überzeugt.
