Il miglior hotel con rapporto qualità prezzo!
Pros:

L’hotel è da lasciare senza fiato, con un altissimo rapporto qualità prezzo si ha la possibilità di nuotare in una piscina sulle risaie. Le camere sono arredate in modo essenziale ma prevedono tutti i comfort. La zona della Hall/reception funge anche da luogo per colazione (abbondante) e da ristorante, sempre vista risaie. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel non solo per la visuale ed il rapporto qualità prezzo ma anche per la posizione strategica e la buonissima cucina del ristorante!

Rizières à perte de vue
Pros:

Super hôtel, magnifique vue et très belle piscine. Le personnel est aux petits soins et la chambre est très bien ! Nous avons demandé du jour au lendemain s’il était possible de faire un safari à Uda Walawe, et l’hotel a pu s’occuper de tout pour nous. Nous avons également pu quitter la chambre plus tard afin de rentrer du safari et prendre une douche. le lac de Tissamaharama juste à côté est un plus énorme ! Bref, gros coup de coeur pour cet hôtel. Certainement le meilleur de notre voyage jusqu’à présent.

Cons:

La nourriture n’est pas à la hauteur de la qualité de l’établissement (cf petit déjeuner)

Pros:

Lovely outdoor areas on each floor to relax. Great to be outdoors ... but have shade! Place feels secluded and has a lovely private feel to it, being in the middle of rice fields. Pool is nice after a long day at safari. Room was clean and well appointed.

Décevant, pas a la hauteur de nos attentes
Pros:

Emplacement très sympa face au lac, belle vue dans les champs, en particulier au coucher de soleil. Convient pour une nuit pour un safari. Il fait frais dans les chambres.

Cons:

Hôtel vieillissant qui présente de nombreuses traces d’usures. En une seule soirée passée, 2 coupures d’électricité ont eu lieue, laissant songeur sur le non respect de la chaîne du froid… La piscine quand à elle ne correspond pas aux photos proposées, premièrement au niveau de la taille, mais surtout au niveau de la couleur (eau verdâtre avec des écosystèmes présents à l’intérieur), nous ne nous sommes pas aventurés, frustrant.
Niveau service, dur de communiquer, concernant le restaurant, 45’ pour préparer des pâtes à la sauce tomate, même si le restaurant est vide…

Fint hotel i naturskønne omgivelser
Pros:

Hotellet har en rigtig god beliggenhed, hvis man skal besøge Yala National Park. Området er smukt med rismarker og søen på den anden side af vejen, hvilket skaber rolige og naturskønne omgivelser. Der er desuden en sti, som giver nem og hurtig adgang til de nærliggende spisesteder.

Cons:

Vi havde aftalt med personalet, at morgenmaden skulle serveres kl. 08.30, da vi skulle videre til Ella. Der var desværre sket en misforståelse omkring tidspunktet, hvilket gjorde, at morgenmadsoplevelsen ikke blev helt, som vi havde håbet.

Disappointing stay with misleading advertised amenities, poor room conditions, and overcharged safari services.
Pros:

The pool area was the only nice part of the stay and the setting of the property looked pleasant at first.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing and several advertised amenities were not actually provided. The safari service was charged around 15 to 20 USD more in person than the price advertised online and on posters at the hotel. When I asked about the difference, staff refused to properly acknowledge or explain it.

The website also said there was a kitchen/restaurant open, but when we arrived, we were told it was closed for renovations. From what we saw, it looked like it could remain closed for several more months, so guests should be aware before booking.

The safari package was also meant to include late checkout and a welcome back drink, but neither were provided. We later found out that other people paid much less for similar safari services elsewhere.

We booked three rooms and all three had problems. My room had no working lock or key, meaning anyone could walk in, and there was no safe to store valuables. In high winds, it felt like the door could open on its own. My parents’ room had no working AC or fan, and staff only apologised. My cousin’s shower did not work, so they had to use our room.

The pool was the only nice feature, but even that was not properly maintained. There was no visible filter, leaves were in the water, and my brother saw a clump of hair at the bottom of the pool. The chlorine also felt very strong and could sting your eyes.

Wonderful stay highly recommend
Pros:

This stay was well above what we expected as the price was very seasonable and the room and hotel in general was lovely. The staff were great very helpful offering dinner and anything else that we had asked about.

Cons:

The wifi didn’t work in the room which wasn’t a huge problem it worked very well in the reception and common lounge area. Also there was no restaurant, again this wasn’t a huge issue as the staff were very helpful ordering. I think once they have a restaurant it is going to be an extremely good option for hotel

1. Service was not at all satisfactory , we had i climb down to call someone at reception for anything and many a times there was no one.
2. We asked for the tea in breakfast but it took almost one hour to get and that too very tasteless
