Pros:

The food delicious and the place clean and perfect

Cons:

The view was disappointing, and also during my stay, a hotel employee entered my suite without knocking or asking permission, which is completely unacceptable as it constitutes a violation of privacy also the food too much expensive due to i get .

The hotel was excellent in every aspect. Every member of the staff was most courteous and professional, the room was spacious and the breakfast was delicious. I loved the decor of the room and appreciated all the details such as the magnifying mirror in the bathroom to do the make up,the electronic switch to draw the curtains, the lightspot that is a heater in the bathroom and the comfortable armchair in the room for reading. The club lounge on the 21st floor had fantastic views, a stylish interior and even some tasty appetizers. We had a hard time choosing between Shangri La and Sheraton but afterwards I am convinced that we made the right choice. I am allergic to mold and fragrances and I was happy to find out that the room had excellent air quality. Also the bed and the bedding were a dream. All of the hotels we stayed at in Sri Lanka were wonderful but Sheraton was probably the best.

Norhing. I wish we had had more time to stay!
