Great place to stay in Breda. Close to everything you need in the town, but also a modern facility
Pros:

The best accommodation in Breda. 1 minutes from the train station. Very modern place, secured parking next door and a good breakfast available

Top verblijf voor 1 nachtje, alles goed voor elkaar en goede 24/7 service!
Pros:

De luxe kamers met lekkere bedden, ruime badkamer en uitzicht naar buiten. Locatie naast het station ook top. Binnenkomst in mooie hal. Vriendelijk personeel. Warm welkom geheten.

Worthwhile and enjoyable for our group. Apart from the local tax.

Friendly, helpful staff. Location. Facilities. modern rooms. Inviting ambience.

Cons:

Hotel signage and directions poor.

No restaurant for dinner at the hotel.

The room's air conditioning or ventilation a little noisy overnight, even when the A/C was switched off.

It seems wasteful and silly that the room, bedding and towels were changed on the last night. Waste of resources and pointless.

Extremely shocked and annoyed that the VAT/sales tax at the hotel had gone from 9% to 21%!! Had to be paid on arrival.
We were not informed at any time about this and the hotel booking was made well in advance.. November 2025.

If a coach trip of pensioners had come to the hotel they would have been extremely troubled by this tax hike.
Very critical with the cost of living, particularly for vulnerable elderly people.

Perfect spot from which to tackle Roadburn
Pros:

Third time I stayed there for Roadburn. Clean, well-priced hotel, 5 minutes walk away from the station. Perfect place for Roadburn if you cannot get a place in Tilburg. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful.

Fijn hotel voor een citytrip.
Pros:

Fijne kamer met heerlijk bed en badkamer klein maar voorzien van alle gemakken.
Met het raam dicht hoor je de treinen niet. De naastgelegen parkeergarage voor een nacht € 18,50 is ook top.

Cons:

Bar in hotel 23u dicht, jammer want er waren zeker nog 20 personen aanwezig en dus gezellig druk.
Bediening was wel heel vriendelijk.

Pros:

Alles dichtbij

Cons:

Prijs te hoog maar lag denkelijk aan Koningsdag. Koffiemokken waren alle vies, een soort aanslag (ligt aan materiaal)
