Едно наистина уютно място
Pros:

Закусвах на друго място, но спокойно можех да го направя и във фойето на хотела. Персоналът е много добронамерен и услужлив. Съдействат с всичко възможно. Наех велосипеди за мен и дъщеря ми за три часа и ми помогнаха да извадя велосипедите на улицата. Разбира се, бих се върнал с удоволствие и друг път.

Het is een aanrader! Alles netjes, zelf check in /out, verzorgd ontbijt, gezellige bar beneden, vlakbij metro en uit
Pros:

De ligging is top! We hebben alles bezocht van op wandelafstand. Restaurants en gezellige bars vlak achter de hoek.

Cons:

Kamer aan de straatkant gaf wel wat straatgeluiden door. Niet helemaal stil.

Pros:

The room was stylish, clean and comfortable. The hotel is at a great location.

Cons:

There was no trash bin (only recycling bins) and no hair dryer. The mini fridge did not work.
At night I wanted to eat some of my food at the check-in area where there are a ton of tables but they sent me away which felt quite unreasonable as a hotel guest.

Pros:

Le personnel est très aimable. Le style de la chambre et de l'hôtel est très intéressant. Et l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Rotterdam. Le lit est particulièrement confortable !

Bon Hotel, ne mérite pas 4 étoiles
Pros:

La situation géographique, proche de la gare et du centre ville rend l'hotel facile d'accès, la décoration est chaleureuse dans la chambre, le personnel est agréable et disponible.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de bouilloir avec café soluble ni thé dans la chambre.
Je ne suis pas grand amateur de faire un pre checking où l'ont doit donner numéro de téléphone, mail, addresse etc alors que ces infos sont déjà renseignés sur Booking.com. J'espère ne pas recevoir de newsletter

Overall good for a short stay in Rotterdam
Pros:

The location was excellent. Being right in the heart of the city while still enjoying a quiet room was a real plus. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel’s overall design, styling, and atmosphere made for a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner. There was quite a bit of dust in harder-to-reach areas, such as around the wall frames, between pieces of furniture, and in the corners. The shower also had a slightly unpleasant smell upon arrival. Additionally, it would have been a nice touch if some of the staff spoke Dutch, as this would have made the experience feel a little more local and authentic.

Un superbe séjour au coeur de la ville !
Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement aimé l'emplacement de l'hotel, au coeur de la ville. Les chambres sont très bien équipées avec la possibilité de préparer ses repas sur place. La mise à disposition d'une machine à laver et un sèche linge (6,75€) est un réel atout pour les voyageurs qui effectuent des étapes dans plusieurs villes.
Nous recommandons vivement cet hotel.

Cons:

L'hotel ne dispose pas de parking. Nous avons donc stationné notre véhicule dans le Q-Park le plus proche. D'une part c'est cher (65€ pour deux jours) et, notre voiture a été vandalisée pendant la nuit. Ce parking ne dispose pas de moyen de surveillance et les voleurs l'ont bien compris.
