Hiru Lagoon Negombo

Our stay there was wonderful. After traveling for 40 hours, it was the perfect place to unwind and recover. The beds were comfortable, the rooms emaculantly clean, the A/C cold and the staff amazing. The have a kayak that they will allow you to use in the lagoon at no charge and the breakfast is the best!

Stunning location, so peaceful with enough restaurants near by. The staff were truly lovely, you can have home cooked wonderful food prepared for you. The breakfast was delicious too

Tämä toinen majoittuminan Hiru Lagoonissa oli yhtä hyvä kuin Sri Lankaan tullessakin. Kaunis puutarha ja upea uima-allas. Herkullinen ruoka. Erittäin ystävällinen emäntä, joka huolehti lennon peruuntumisen jälkeen empaattisesti meidän pärjäämisestä. Varmisti vielä wa kautta, että olimme saaneet korvaavat lennot ja löytäneet majoituksen. Eine perfekte Unterkunft,für die An- und Abreise. Die Anlage ist ziemlich neu. Man kann draußen sitzen, ein sehr schöner Pool und bequeme Liegen sowie absolute Ruhe machen die Unterkunft perfekt. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen schmeckt phantastisch.

The staff at Hiru Lagoon couldnt have been more friendly or helpful. The location of the hotel on the lagoon is lovely and you can see a lot of wildlife eg egrets, kingfishers, storks and pelicans. Food was great. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is quite far out of town but tuk tuks are cheap and there is a nice local cafe called Bali.

Id strongly recommend the lagoon tour the hotel organises. You see a lot of wildlife and the lagoon covers a huge area.

Hôtel idéal pour prendre du bon temps avant ou après un vol. Excentré du centre donc au calme, vue imprenable sur la lagune et jardin avec piscine magnifiques. Les propriétaires sont adorables et font tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour rendre votre séjour agréable.

A beautiful little hotel tucked away down a quiet road. The hotel is positioned by a lagoon and so had stunning views, was really quiet and peaceful and had a lovely little pool and lush gardens. All the facilities were well thought out and spotless and the owner and staff were really helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here on your way to or from Colombo airport as it is so conveniently located for the airport.

Beautiful property and like being welcomed home. Definitely recommend to relax at start or end of trip to Sri Lanka at Hiru Lagoon. The rooms are immaculate and the food is delicious. Being out of the busy areas is peaceful and it is only a tuk-tuk away if you need.

Hiru Lagoon in Negombo is een fijne, kleinschalige accommodatie. De kamers zijn schoon, comfortabel en voorzien van de basisfaciliteiten die je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen aankomst na een vlucht uit Europa. Nisha is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en staat altijd klaar met tips. Het zwembad en de rust van de tuin en lagoon was erg fijn. Het eten wat savonds voor je gekookt wordt is echt een aanrader.

Het ontbijt is lekker, en iedere dag een variatie. Je eigen terras biedt een prettig plekje.

Een voor ons uitstekende keuze en komen graag terug. Veel dank Nisha en familie!
