Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied overall. The room was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning and tidying it every day. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

We especially appreciated that fresh espresso capsules were provided in the room every day—they were delicious and a lovely touch.

The only minor issue was that the water heater in the bathroom was leaking, which left some water on the bathroom floor. Apart from that, everything was great. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Pulizia impeccabile effettuata anche durante il soggiorno.
Monolocale dotato di tutto quello che può servire.
Presenza di ascensore e all'ingresso eventuale biancheria di ricambio e ombrelloni x il mare.
Ambiente molto accogliente, curato nei minimi particolari.
Angolo caffè.
Letto confortevole.
Nessun problema con WiFi e acqua calda.
Posizione vicino al centro, alla stazione e al supermercato.
Consiglio vivamente

Cons:

Direi nulla. L'unica nota riguarda l'aria condizionata che fa rumore e perde acqua ma, se usata come deumidificatore non riscontra problemi e la temperatura è confortevole.
L'host non risponde ai messaggi ma al telefono è stato sempre raggiungibile

Pros:

Jól felszerelt és jó elhelyezkedésű szállás. Segítőkész szállásadó, egyszerű ki- és bejelentkezés. A szoba tiszta volt, minden nap jöttek takarítani valamit.

Que la reserva por booking fue y antes de llegar al destino nos mandaron para el check-in y lo hicimos , llegar y sorpresa no nos contestaron para ayudar a ver dónde había un parking, y la sorpresa fue llegar a la habitación después de dos horas dando vueltas para intentar aparcar y nos han dejado una habitación que no era la que habíamos reservado , llamamos y nos dijeron que si queríamos que nos quejáramos en booking eso fue todo , 2 dias y no vimos a nadie

I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this apartment to other travelers visiting Cagliari.

The location is excellent. The city center, train station, bus stops, shops, restaurants, and major attractions are all within walking distance. It was also very easy to reach the beach and enjoy the sea without any hassle.

The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which was important for me. I also appreciated the regular change of bed linen and the overall cleanliness of the accommodation.

A special thank you to the host, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always available whenever I needed assistance. Communication was quick and easy, and I truly felt well looked after throughout my stay. The coffee was delicious and always greatly appreciated.

Good room/appartement, excellent value for money
Pros:

Perfect location, few minutes walk from everything. The apartment is cleaned everyday and has all the basic amenities you need, such as a refrigerator. We stayed here for a week and it was very good. We booked the smallest room and what you see is what you get! :) I would recommend my friends to stay here.

Cons:

The curtain doesn't close all the way and it was hard to close. Curtain doesnt black out. Also the matress is too big for the bed so it kept moving at night (the matress itself slept really well though!). If this is changed I would say the room is near perfect.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Les photos sont bien plus flatteuses que la réalité du logement.
À notre arrivée, la poubelle de la salle de bain n’avait pas été vidée. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas, ce qui rend également la télévision inutilisable. Il manque une ampoule dans la salle de bain, ce qui fait qu’on n’y voit quasiment rien. Nous avons également constaté de l’humidité noire et de la moisissure au plafond, derrière les rideaux. Enfin, il n’y a pas suffisamment d’eau chaude pour deux personnes, ce qui est très problématique.
