I will never live there again

The property was well kept and spotlessly clean. Our maid on the 9th floor, Mylee was excellent. The breakfast chef Ali was also very obliging. All concierge staff were also very helpful.

All the staff were very helpful, courteous, and pleasant. In particular Harish (i hope i got the name right), the bell boy was very helpful.

The property is excellent, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, we had a frustrating issue with the luggage delivery. Upon check-in, we were informed that our luggage would be brought to our room. Unfortunately, our carry-on was with the checked luggage, so we were left waiting.

After about 20 minutes with no delivery, we called the front desk and were told it was on the way. Another 20 minutes passed with no update, so I went downstairs to retrieve the luggage myself, only to be reassured again that it would be delivered shortly. I returned to the room, and four minutes later—still nothing. We called once more, and finally, after a total of 50 minutes, the luggage arrived.

This delay significantly impacted our ability to shower and get ready after a long 13-hour flight. We would have preferred to handle our own luggage—as frequent travelers, we’re used to doing so. A 20-minute wait would have been understandable, but nearly an hour is unacceptable.

The hotel has comfort conditions for family stay. Very clean, kitchen items in full set, swimming pool amazing.

This was my second time staying at the hotel, unfortunately I was sick my first stay and wasn't able to experience all that the hotel had to offer.

This time around I was able to lounge at pool, the lounge area in the lobby was extremely welcoming and comfortable. The front desk staff was extremely helpful in directing me to outside restaurants and how to get around in the metro. Overall I had a very pleasant stay.

Oh, a special shout-out to the cleaning staff, I left some money under the bedspread because I didn't want to take it outside with me and I was too lazy to put it up. I inadvertently forgot about the money and the next day after coming from breakfast I noticed my room was cleaned and something was on the bed. On closer examination I saw that it was the money I left under the spread.

Alhamdullilah for the honesty of the workers in placing the money where I could find it.....

Alles vond ik wel tussen voldoende en goed, maar de house keeping geef ik een onvoldoende! Ik vond dat de kleed helemaal
niet gestofzuiger werd de touwtjes , stof of haren lagen precies op zelfde plek! De concierge waren wel behulpzaam.

It was OK I was not a five star what they said. It didn’t look like a five star.

The hotel was very nice, beautiful and clean.
Desk staff needs more training as few times I felt they were bit rude. They charged 300 riyal extra and when I asked for that she sounds bit rude. It's took 1 day to convince her that she overcharged. When I showed her booking she again blamed me that why I didn't show this before. As a customer you expect that your booking is confirmed and you don't have to go throw this hassle.
Hotel is newly built and very clean. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of options. I will happily go again with my family, but will double check amount before paying :)

I was given a room on a lower floor infront of the elevator , exactly the opposite of my request, the manager never bothered to contact me eventhough i tried to talk to him , phone rang at 320 am first night and fire alarm went off the last night at 1145 pm , the breakfast is lousy, the floor i was on was very noisy even at night , overall a 3 star not 5 star hotel

Nice property overall with friendly staff. The real issue was the room itself. While fairly nice there were 2 major issues. The room had a very strong odor of sewer water that became unbearable by morning. Second there was a noise that sounded like a tornado alarm that would go off every 20 seconds and last for 20 seconds and repeat again. I was not sure whether it was coming from the AC or the equipment room next door. I only stayed here for 8 hours to sleep as I was exhausted after my flight, otherwise these would be completely unacceptable. Beware. But you do get what you pay for in a below average part of town.
