Good location for beach. Helpful staff. Clean room.

This hotel has two sides. The rooftop pool and the beach club are great facilities with views worthy of a 5 star hotel. I also really liked the Sports bar and service from Jim was great.

The rooms tho. Clean and tidy. But basic. Think Premier Inn. Small - and ours was meant to be a Superior. We had a road view.

Location very good however if you are doing things on the Palm. Other hotel nearby would be more expensive.

Overall, a lovely stay. Breakfast options were vast and enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The only downside is the lifts, for something that is supposed to be convenient, there were often queues and when one did arrive it was frequently at capacity, causing longer waits. The beach was nice and the staff were very attentive and friendly.

I loved the accessibility of a grocery store in the mall across the street that I was able to frequent during my stay here. I additionally loved the clean and comfortable rooms, and high quality of service provided by the staff.

The hotel staff was very kind and the facilities were very nice. The airport pick up service from the hotel was somewhat expensive but satisfied with the hotel service in general.

Roof top pool is awesome! Breakfast, happy hour and dinner was great!

Hotel is lovely and staff were so polite and welcoming. The pool & bar was fab and the sports bar next door was brilliant too.
Booked this last minute as my other accommodation was cancelled, and it was so much better than I could have expected. If I am to return to Dubai, I would definitely stay here again & recommend to friends!

Perfect place to stay. Location great, hotel pool is amazing, air conditioner superb and beds extremely comfortable. Staff so helpful.

One of my favorite hotel stays, ever (I travel extensively staying at hundreds of hotels, so that is a meaningful statement). The staff was attentive and accommodating of all requests, going above and beyond throughout my stay. The sea-view room was spacious and comfortable, with a breath-taking view of Dubai’s water and city sky-line. The rooftop pool was gorgeous both day and night, with fanstastic wait-staff on hand for food and drinks. Beach access is included (my son and I enjoyed a swim there along with a nice iced latte on beach chairs under an umbrella on our last day). And finally: the location is about as good as it gets in Dubai if you want to enjoy both the mainland city and the Palm island. The Palm View and the monorail is across the street at the Nakheel mall (the latter of which we made great use of to get to the Aquaventure waterpark nearby). After several nights, we checked out of the hotel both relaxed and energized.

The property was great, the only issues we had is that it really didnt have a lot of vegan options. Otherwise the location was great and the food was great. The only thing i would change is extending the hours for the pool.

Great location and also handy to take Abra tours from the jetty on the beach to get some great views of the Palm and surrounding areas. All staff were super friendly and happy to help at all times. Great breakfast too and loved the freshly cooked omelettes! Thanks to Pooja for her service with a smile every morning 😁
