La totale mancanza di comunicazione sullo stato dell'edificio all'interno del quale si trova l'hotel. Edificio decadente e mal messo, spazzatura ad accoglierti nell'atrio, calcinacci e attrezzi da muratori liberi vicino all'ascensore, ascensore angusto e sporco, porta d'ingresso alla struttura debole e poco sicura. Interni ok.

Everything we needed for a great stay in Rome!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth, easy, and informative - and we were even able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with good facilities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. The bed was especially comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The location was also quite decent, making it easy to get around. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay! I would recommend it!
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Rome! The room was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. The location was excellent — close to the metro and several bus stops, which made getting around super easy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They were always available whenever I had a question or needed assistance, and they made me feel really welcome throughout my stay.

Unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt obwohl wir 3 Nächte dort waren, jeden Tag eine andere Ausrede Warum es nicht gereinigt wurde, sehr schade !!!
