Damac Hills 2 Hotel, an Edge by Rotana

I had a terrible check in experience. Front desk staff was extremely unhelpful and unwelcoming. Will never stay here again. Do not recommend. 0 out of 10.

I couldn’t sleep construction activity next to the hotel they were pouring concrete humming and jackhammering workers ….. Expedia didn’t refund me the fee for the other night.

Convenient place to stay, close to the outlet mall and the red dunes, convenient location based on the activities you are looking to do and if you are a regular going to Dubai, really clean and staff was amazing, really helpful and diligent, breakfast option was amazing every morning, with a good balanced diet of carbs and protein, the location is very new and welcoming

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Damac Hills 2 Hotel (Edge by Rotana), the room was spacious and great enough to work from remotely with a nice view at night time especially around sunset. Their restaurant had some great food options and a really good range of breakfast buffet options. The reception, restaurant and room staff were very attentive towards my needs and they made my time there very enjoyable! Excellent Hotel with great standards set. :)

Very clean and modern. Very helpful staff that upgraded me to a beautiful suite.

Nice hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom is a bit small though.
It is really necessary to consider having shuttle services for guests because of the far off location of the hotel and in room breakfast as well.
Staff are polite and kind.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay!

The staff was really nice to me, after a long flight it had just what I needed.
It is perfect if you have a car since it is a bit far from the city but the rooms are amazing.

I stayed here as have friends in Damac Hills 2 so perfect location for me. Staff were all welcoming, friendly, polite and professional. My room was amazing for the cost.
Damac Hills 2 area is still being developed. Unfortunately the only way of transport is taxi at the moment but like I said for my own personal needs this was the perfect place to stay :)

Stayed at this hotel because it was close to family. Staff was nice. Breakfast option was excellent. Good choices. While room was spacious, the bed was HORRIBLE. The pillows were not comfortable. Did not have a good rest for the entire week. The bathtub/shower is dangerous. Difficult to get in and slippery. Will reconsider options next visit.

the property is brand new, or ir looks like it. It is a bit far out, but if you have a car that is no issue. It is sort of an oasis in the desert. High quality rooms and very clean and very helpful staff. Good price for that standard.
