They cancelled my breakfast that was included in my reservation
And the bed sheets was not clean
No toothbrush in the room

The facility are great and the service wonderful ,very clean just the location is far from everything you need a taxi to get out of the facility…nothing in the walking

Nice location and facilities

Worst hotel I ever stayed in Dubai.
Especially on cleanliness
There were insect or bug on hotel bed, biting my whole body.
Stinky smell come from bathroom.
On checking no shower gel no hand wash.
3 days stay over there they didn’t even top up hand wash, poor management

We had to change room 4 times because all the rooms had some stains on the bed and lots of hair. After 1 hour of changing rooms the staff upgraded our room and then the cleanliness was acceptable.

The room was quite comfy and we had no issues except finding a small roach in the bathroom.


Staff is friendly except for a african lady at the desk who was a little too rude. If you ask her the same question twice to confirm something she'll let you know that you already asked once and look at you as if you're an idiot.

On our last day we wanted to order a cab but the staff could not call a cab due to not having enough "balance" on their account. We were then guided to download Careem app and order a cab ourselves. Nothing big, but its quite a basic thing to be able to call a taxi for your guests.

The hotel is obviously still new but its expected that you have the cleanliness in order by now.

Keep in mind the location is a little remote so having a car rental is recommended.

The service is bad. The motel is two separate buildings. You have to stand in line sometimes just to ask about anything you need. Due to the small number of employees at the reception desk. Cleanliness is not good. The workers do not have sufficient experience in cleaning. There is always a shortage of toilet paper. Shortage of towels. (There was water smuggling in the room, so it took two days to change the room after asking three times) Some of the workers in the pool are dealing with you nervously. I mean the girl sitting in front of the entrance to the indoor pool and the changing room.

Nice budget place

A quite new hotel, large, clean and comfortable rooms, good for those with cars as plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

There are cockroaches and the customer service attitude at the front desk is very poor.

They didn’t come to clean my room during my stay .

You cant take shower because of the very hot water

The young lady was in the corner sleeping when we arrived she had a poor attitude. It was no towels to shower with took them a hour to bring some. The T. V. wouldn’t shut off so we couldn’t sleep the bed was hard as a brick. The water didn’t get hot so we had to take a cold shower.

The room was in a dirty condition everything in the room was not clean, the kettle was still used by someone before and there was still some liquid inside, the staff quality was poor the appearance the attitude and the hygiene. The receptionist lady in white was good.

Nice Place Really Quite Suitable for Work and Business Trip no Resturant now but i think that will be fixed near future
